Heres the revised draft incorporating the additional fraud information and your intended actions:Subject: Urgent Complaint: Odometer Rollback, Fraudulent Practices, and Breach of Contract on 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road Dear Bill Estes Toyota,I am writing to address multiple serious issues with the 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road (VIN: *****************) that I purchased from your dealership.Firstly, the vehicle diagnostic report shows that the truck had ****** miles on December 5, 2023, but the odometer now reads only ****** miles as of May 15, 2024, indicating an odometer rollback. This discrepancy should have been detected during your 160-point inspection conducted on April 24, 2024.Furthermore, the Carfax report is clean because the previous owner did not report maintenance, which would have included mileage updates. The diagnostic report also shows repeated instances where the accelerator pedal angle was medium or higher immediately after shifting to the forward position, suggesting potential issues with the vehicle.Additionally, the purchase price on the contract was listed as $39,830, yet the windshield protection document stated the price as $37,000. This inconsistency, combined with the odometer rollback and the denial of a $3,401 ********** auto warranty claim due to alleged abuse by the previous owner, constitutes a breach of contract and a violation of the Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act (IC 24-5-0.5).Given these serious issues, I demand that the purchase be unwound and my deposit returned. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the complaint to the **********************************, the Better Business Bureau, and Toyota Motor Credit. I will also consider retaining legal counsel if a resolution is not reached by September 27, 2024.Please contact me immediately to discuss how we can rectify this situation.

As an initial matter, Dealer notes that Customer recently caused significant damage to the vehicle by operating it under conditions that resulted in water and mud entering the engine.  As a result of Customer's inappropriate use of the vehicle, the vehicle's engine now requires replacement.  As to Customer's allegations regarding odometer rollback, Dealer disputes customer's conclusion.  Dealer notes that the odometer readings as set forth in the diagnostic report fluctuate between miles and kilometers.  Dealer is presently investigating the matter to confirm the actual circumstances and will update its response once a further diagnostic is performed.  Dealer disputes any further allegations.

I purchased a 2023 toyota tacoma pickup truck. *** window sticker advertised 20 tob24 mpg. *** gas tank is 21.1 gallons. When I completely fill the tank the distance to empty is just under 300 miles or 300 miles. My previous 2018 toyota tacoma always displayed distance to empty as 397 or 407 miles. *** dealer has no explanation. Do I have a lemon? I drive the same distance to and from work at the same speed that I drove with the previous vehicle which was the exact same vehicle, just an older year. I would like to know if other 2024 tpyotas are reporting the same problem and is there a resolution for me.

We would be glad to either have our service department look at his Tacoma.  It has never been serviced

by our store.  He has always had it serviced at Royal South.  If he wants to pursue Lemon Law that is done

directly with the OEM.  However, we would be glad to looking into trading him out of the vehicle if he wants

      to go that direction.

I paid $240.00 to get a two-year service package from Bill Estes Toyota on October 15th, 2022. My car was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss on November 15th, 2022. Because I never got to use the service package after purchase, I went to the shop to ask for my payment back on November 21st, 2022. It took three months to process and the shop only issued me a check for $165.08. I believe I should get the full payment of $240 back since I never used this service.

After researching, Ive found that the cancellation date was entered incorrectly which is what affected the refund amount they received. We are issuing a check for $74.92 to complete the full refund of $240.00

      Thank you,

Have discolored area on front seat and on numerous spots on inside of vehicle that appeared after purchasing vehicle. Dealership and Toyota inspected several times and service manager admitted problem occurred in other vehicles. Toyota and dealership acknowledge the issue, but refuse to pay 100% of cost to repair the inside of Toyota Prius which I purchased in May of 2021. I have had numerous discussions with the service manager at the dealership to get this resolved

I had financed a 2014 Jeep Cherokee 4/21/2022 through *********** Auto Finance. I had found this Jeep online and started all the paperwork online. Went to the dealership to sign papers. I had paid $2,500 for extra auto warranty. When I had drove home I noticed there were transmission issues so, I had contacted the dealership that following Monday. I called numerous times and also called ***********. *********** said they would reach out to them. I have continued to call Estes Toyota and still have not received any answers or resolutions. I would like to bring the Jeep back and cancel my auto loan. This Jeep is going to break down on me and they sold me a lemon. I need a reliable vehicle as I drive 600 miles a week back and forth to work.
