I relied on and trusted this dealership for about 7 years. I love my Corolla, and the service department have been honest, straightforward, and helpful.However, I had a scheduled maintenance appointment on 6/22/24. After I paid, signed, and had my keys returned, the service advisor walked me to my vehicle. As we walked, he nervously mentioned that the technicians had "found some damage to yhe windshield washer line" and fixed it with zipties. He added that I would want to get this fixed at my own expense before long.Since my washer fluid mechanism was working perfectly before the appointment, I asked to speak to management. Service advisor **** sprinted past me to go pick up his daughter, and told me to wait outside an office until a manager, ******, emerged.****** took pains to explain to me what **** had already told me and demonstrated by showing me the ziptied area. I reiterated that there had been no problem with the windshield washer mechanism prior to my appointment.****** said he would "make it right" and offered to do a temporary fix that involved adding a temporary hose. This is the most ge would do, and he declined to resolve the matter further.Review from Ronald S

Purchased a used GMC suv from Bill Estes Toyota 4-30-24. Delivered on 5-1-24. Transmission failed on 5-7-24 after running for 200 miles ***** in on 5-9-24. They recommended towing it to Bill Estes GMC to be repaired properly. It was then towed to Bill Estes Toyota where vehicle was purchased. Talk to salesperson about my problem. He told it was like if I was going to get married and my fianc died from a heart attack. Too bad for me. He did bring up the fact that I had purchased a warranty so use it. I contacted assistant general manager ******************** assured me hed put in a used transmission at no cost to me. It is now 5-31-24 22 days after being towed in for repair and no maintenance has been done to my vehicle. Have you ever had your vehicle in for maintenance for over three weeks? Its been sitting in their parking lot .I was imformed a mechanic had been assigned to it. Thats was the extent of their efforts. Purchased on 4-30-24 delivered on 5-1-24 transmission failed 5-7-24 towed 5-9-24. Its now 5-31-24. My first payment is due in two weeks and Ive only used it six days. It appears that theyre waiting for my warranty to kick in 30 days after purchase so they will be out nothing for repairs. I purchased a vehicle , it was in my possession for eight days and in their possession for 22 days. This made my free trial subscription to Sirius satellite radio worthless. It was also embarrassing for me to tell my friends that I bought a.vehicle and it broke down within a week. Do you want to do business will Bill Estes?Bill Estes Toyota Response

5/4-My original post on another review website-I would have given them a zero if it was possible. My bad experience started with the finance person ******. She blatantly lied about the package she sold me. She didnt give me the paperwork about the package she sold me, obviously because she was lying. After the fact when I tried to cancel, I talked to 3 different managers about canceling who gave me the runaround or just didnt return my call as they stated they would except ***** who tried to help but was not successful. I will never purchase from them again. They are the worst Ive ever dealt with!! 5/7-reply from the dealership-******, Thank you for leaving your review. Not only would you guys not make this situation right as I requested but now today I found out from Toyota ********* Services and Total Protect Auto that they have refunded my GAP and maintenance plan as of 4/4 and 4/11 and I have yet to hear from this dealership nor received anything in the mail for my almost $700 your withholding from me and it has been almost 2 months from the refund dates!! I have had problems lately with the oil changes in my car. The last oil change there was too much oil added, and the one performed recently was not done. I checked the oil level two days later and it was still at the same level as when I took it in, (and still dirty). They did change the oil when I took it back, but if I had not caught it, I would have paid for a service that was not done.The thing I don't quite understand about the Dealership is that there is an add-on to the service charge which was not done. I specifically told the service adviser when I arrived that I had completely filled the windshield water reservoir, and I would not pay the charge that would be added to the bill for adding water. When the bill was printed, the add-on charge for the addition of water was there! I again told the advisor that I would not pay for it and wanted it removed, but to our surprise the charge CANNOT be removed. What I would like to know is, is it legal to put a charge on your bill when it is not done? Only asking!
