Had Indy chimney out on 1/11/2022 because our gas fireplace went out while running and would not turn back on. Indy chimney came out and said it might be the thermal coupler, modified the exterior vent and said to call back if there were problems. charged $289.00. the fireplace went out again and would not light about a week later. ******* came out and could not get it fixed, need to order a part. Charged ******, I paid ***** with agreement to pay the remaining *****0 when the part was installed. he cam back about 10 days later and installed the part. we paid the remaining *****0. About 20 min later the fireplace went out again. ******* said he would be back Monday. he never came back nor did he answer any calls or texts for days. So I have paid $489.00 and my fireplace is still not working.Initial Complaint

I called ******* on 12/7 and left him a message asking if he could inspect my chimney. His voicemail said I could also text him at the number online. So i also texted him asking if he could come inspect the chimney. He called me back and we agreed he would come at 5pm on Wednesday 12/8 to inspect the chimney and he asked me to pay him $159 through Venmo. I paid him. He never came in 12/8. I called and texted him and left several voicemails. He never responded. Then I called him the next day Thursday 12/9 and he said he was stuck at a different job and he could come at 12pm on 12/9. I said okay. He never showed up again and I called and texted him several times. I asked for my money back but he did not respond. Friday 12/10 he said he lost his phone and still wanted to come inspect my chimney to make it right. I said do not come and to just give me my money back. He still has never responded to my several attempts at contacting him.
