******* at A GOAT Cleaning has phenomenal customer **********************!! I hired A GOAT Cleaning to do my very professional cleaning. I decided to do a deep clean service and I wasnt sure what to expect or how it would all work out, but *******, the owner, was so helpful and geared toward making me happy from our first contact. There were a few scheduling issues but ******* jumped in and got it all worked out. We had three employees come to clean. They were about 30 minutes late, but after seeing how hard they worked while they were here, Im assuming their time delay was due to thoroughness at the previous clean. They worked their tails off!! They cleaned things I wouldnt have expected like our bar area. They cleaned all the hanging glasses and even cleaned off all our bottles. They were fast, quiet, and thorough!! I was looking for a new house cleaner since our last one moved. The search was rough and we went through too many cleaners. We thought we'd try it again...found the **** and I won't have to keep looking! ******* and ***** were quick to respond, very communicative about the services being offered, and got us on the schedule quickly. A G.O.A.T Cleaning did a deep clean on our house, and we were very happy with their work. They were able to fit us into their schedule with short notice, too. *****, *****, and ***** did a very thorough job and left our house looking great. We plan on using their services again. Until recently, I worked for A GOAT Cleaning part time to supplement my income. Due to an injury, I am now a current customer. Everyone was so kind and accommodating! They were very communicative and understanding. They quoted me a price for my square footage but there was quite a bit of extra work that needed to be done that did require a price adjustment, they called me immediately and asked if that was okay before proceeding. I really appreciated that! ***** and ****** did a phenomenal job on the clean and ***** and ******* were also so kind and helpful. We are so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your service. We attempted numerous times to contact you to check on your services status. We wouldve been more than happy to come directly out and adjust any issues!!! In another review you stated you were upset because your cats had gotten out?We had contacted you for several months in reference to the check you had written for services rendered It kept being kicked back stating insufficient funds. At any point in time you could have, let us know your clean was unsatisfactory. We wouldve rectified the situation immediately.!!!!* A GOAT CLEANING holds a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If youre not happy, we rectify it whether it be financially or resubmit the clean.
