I had a market wagon pass subscription that expired Feb 14th 2023. I started a new one June 16th 2023. I receveived an email stating a renewal for Feb 14 would be done unless I cancel I go to my account and all I have is the June wagon pass so I cancel it. On Feb 23rd I found a ****** charge for Feb 14th from market wagon. They started auto renewal and what going to charge me for two!! I want the charge removed. They give no number to call just email and don't responed. I want my money back and advise no one to give this company your information.Business response

The customer had two account set up with ********************. We responded to the customers inquiry about being charged twice and issued a refund on 2/26/2024.

I have been trying for weeks to cancel Market Wagon. My subscription is suspended on the website however, every Friday, they charge my credit card for a deliver the following Tuesday. I have sent several messages via their contact form on their website. When they respond they claim the issue is taken care of and then Friday rolls around and my credit card is charged - again. I tried reaching out via ******** and ****** with no success. I should not have to cancel my credit card just to get rid of these charges.
