Fence Install - 18 posts were drove into the ground for my fence and half of them went straight through my main irrigation line without 1 mentioning of it. You can't tell me they didn't see PVC pipe when driving posts and simply tell me you accidentally hit 1. The ***** refuses to take any responsibility.

I have attached a copy of the proposal contract that ************* signed on 10/10/2022. In the terms section it clearly states that the purchaser agrees that the company will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to sprinkler systems. When the fence was installed in November of 2022 ***************** sprinkler system was not turned on and was drained for the winter so my crew would have no idea if they had drilled through a sprinkler line with an auger. Since sprinkler systems are installed by an independent contractor and can not be marked by ************************************************************************************** our contracts that the purchaser will not hold Quality Fence ****** responsible or liable for any damage to those lines.
