I was referred to *************************** to help with my Crohns Disease by a friend of mine. He presented himself as a functional medicine practictioner. I started the relationship with his health coach ********************************* from ****** ** on a phone call and then zoomed with ******** . He ordered lab work and supplements and treated me like a doctor. My neighbor called me and told me he was fraudulent I called ****************************** and they confirmed *************************** is a fraud and is under investigation. I am aware he is being sued by FMU in the ****************. I reached out to him to get my money back and he would not agree to that.

We never told **** we are doctors or we are going to heal or diagnose any disease, the scoop of our practice is coaching services, taking our clients accountable to change their lifestyle.

**** understood all that before we start work we her, she signed the waiver and the contract that all what we shared with her is for education only.
what happened between *************************** and ****************************** has nothing to do with what we do as certified health coaches.
Functional medicine university is not credited school to make students doctors but the purpose to attend is to learn about functional medicine.

as a founder of the company Wholesic Nutrution we work with ****** diagnostic that provide with medical doctor, and licensed professional, evexia diagnostic work with licensed and non licensed to help coaches like as to provide our clients with lab tests and as coaches we take our clients accountable upon the results provided.

the company formed in 2019 by a lawyer who confirmed that what we do in Indiana state is legal.

i have been informed from ****************************** with the complain and we responded to the school that we offer coaching services to our clients.

we have our contracts for our clients to sign before we start coaching to not get to this confusion. And there is not such functional medicine board of practice in any states. Functional medicine is holistic way to help our clients in collaboration with evexia diagnostic.
we are happy to share  contract and waver that **** signed even before start her coaching sessions with Our Coach *********************************.

i am sorry that *********************** this way even she knows that shes in coaching program.

Coach ****** spend hours working with ****, and her deposit used for labs through evexia diagnostic.

the coach get paid, evexia diagnostic get paid, 90% of Loris deposit for her coaching program was used and we offered to **** to refund the remaining but she want to get all the money back based on an issue between me and my school. Functional medicine university now know that we are a group of coaches using Evexia diagnostic and evexia nutraceuticals and we dont have any professional connections.

happy to keep working with **** to find better solution to this issue.

      thank you!!

I first became aware of ******************** through a neighbor. She shared with me that she had just started to see him. At the time I was experiencing severe gastroenterology issues and fatigue. I did not feel I was getting much relief from my doctors. I contacted the Dr. ********* health coach(*********************************, ******* **) and we discussed how the program would work. I also researched his credentials online. A Zoom meeting was then set up with ********************, the ******, health coach and his nurse. After discussing my health concerns. he assured me he could help me. I signed up for his program. During the course of the next several months, he ordered lab tests and based on the results, supplements to take to address my issues. During this time, we had weekly Zoom calls with ****************************** and ******* (Nurse?). They discussed getting me all my prescriptions and wanting to discuss this with my doctors. As we proceeded over time, I became skeptical about their medical knowledge. ****** wanted me to buy expensive water treatment for my home, electronic pain device and a home sauna all of which she sells. This all made me very uncomfortable and skeptic. I contacted the ****************************** (FMU) to confirm Sentissi completed the program. I was shocked to learn he had not and was not entitled to use their credentials. He always presented himself as a Dr. ran lab work, presented me with a diagnosis and then proceeded to treat me for that condition. I filed a fraudulent charge report with my credit card for Dr. ********* services and terminated all contact with upon learning his qualifications are fraudulent. I have also learned that Sentissi certifies all of his health coaches with material taken without authorization from FMU. He is not qualified to train and certify a health coach. We have also been in contact with a New York law firm representing FMU that is suing this group for fraud.
