      Beware, this company will charge you $85 for a service call AND an additional $80 just to make the trip to your home. The service should cover that, but does not!!

      We are sorry that you are disappointed with your service rates.As of 5/7/24, non-warranty service rates:There is a cost of $85 for the Trip Charge to get to the house. There is also a cost of $85 per hour for the repair while at your home with a one hour minimum. The entire service call can usually be completed within an hour and the charge for that one-hour service call would total $170. If the service call goes over one hour there is an additional charge of $85 for each additional hour.It is a standard practice across most service industries to have separate charges for the Trip and the Hourly. The Trip Charge covers the cost of the vehicle, maintenance, fuel, and the time the technician is paid for driving to your home.

      I purchased 2 tubs in a years time one was great the second isn't what I ordered. There are scratches around the top front there is a control k*** that doesn't work and most important thing I wanted was the led lights. The tub they delivered doesn't have the led lights only one small light at the bottom. I've talked to 3 different people that weren't much help and still waiting on owner to call he has not responded

      ********************, I am sorry you are disappointed that you dont have more LEDs on your spa. You ordered this spa on August 21, 2021. You finally took delivery July 13, 2022, which was almost a year later. The spa that was delivered to your home is exactly what you ordered and what is written on the contract/invoice that you reviewed and signed in August 2021. At that time, you opted to remove the extra lights to help save on the overall cost of the spa. As you have been advised, we can add some of those lights while the spa is in your backyard. Unfortunately, this is not a quick or easy process and therefore comes with a cost that we have shared with you. The owner was consulted and the last person you spoke to at Royal Spa was sharing with you what the owner was willing to do to help you. We will add more lights to your spa for a cost, but we will not do it for free. The cost given to you to add these lights is not a retail number and is significantly discounted to help ease your disappointment. Unfortunately, these extra LEDs were never a part of the sale of your spa. Regarding your other issues, you have never called our service department to address the control k*** or scratches. You have a warranty, and we are happy to come out and take care of these things for you when you make an appointment with our service team. Please call ********************* to schedule a service call to solve these two issues.
