Hey, so me and my husband had a reservation for July 15,2022-until 31 of July due to the fact that our house needs repairs and we had to vacate. There reservation said this reservation is guarantee if you are there before 4pm. My husband went to get our room at 3 and the front desk worker wasnt even at the front desk(**)he was walking the hotel. My husband said he had a reservation but then the the ** said I dont even know why they let yall make a reservation because I dont have any rooms and I cant find you. My husband tried to show his reservation, but the ** was like I believe you but I dont have any rooms. I called to talk to the ** then he started being very rude and started saying First if I had a room and Second you would have a room. So I responded third of all you dont have to talk like that. He immediately said I dont like your tone and you want be able to rent at any Intown suites EVER, and hung up. I called him back to speak with the General Manager but kept hanging up. I also tried to leave a message, but while I was leaving a message he picked up the phone and said I am the General Manager(GM). This is the way Intown suites conduct business. Plus when we called corporate they said that they still have rooms on there end. She also stated that we could come and get the room that we reserved. My husband went up there at 3pm today and we were on the (***)DO Not Return list and it was nothing they could do about. This ** worker or GM Should not have put us on the *** list all because I called about our reservation when he was rude from the very first call I made about our reservation. I wonder how many other people have he put on this list by just a simple explanation of why our reservation wasnt honored when its stated in the reservation as guarantee.Initial Complaint

I have been staying here for 7 months 5 without a microwave an WiFi in which I pay for both microwave was a fire hazard board of health called resulted in eviction I spent good money with them for them to act unprofessional an not see to my needs definitely would like some of my money back since I paid for amenitiesBusiness response

********************* did bring to our attention, the microwave. The microwave was on back order for a few weeks. We did finally provide ********************* with a used microwave due to the order taking so long. The complaint that was made to the ****** County ************ had nothing to do with why we removed Mrs. ********. ********************* had a guest, that was removed from the property, due to threats made to the *** Mrs. ******** was informed the guest should not be at the hotel. ********************* still gave the guest access to her room. The guest was caught and the authorities were contacted. The guest has warrants and was arrested. This was a breech, of Mrs. ********* Guest Contract.
We always communicated with ********************* regarding her microwave concern.
