Avoid this company at all costs. You will die before you ever receive your medication. I unfortunately had to work through them to receive Xeljanx each month I spent hours on the phone jumping through ridiculous hoops.Review from Mary K

Zero stars. I've used Accredo the better part of 2 years for my specialty prescription and this last year has been a total nightmare. I've been on the phone with them every month fighting to get my medicine on time. Hold times are long and then the phone representatives are rude and have crappy attitudes the minute they pick up the phone. From phone reps to supervisors to pharmacists- nobody is on the same page and everybody will tell you something different. They have cancelled my orders THE *** I'M SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY MEDICATION multiple times. Don't expect that they will receive your prescription and process it on time. They've sat on mine for a month before they process it and then run into issues the day before it is to be delivered so ultimately my medicine arrives late. I learned to be more proactive and start calling them 2 weeks in advance to make sure things are moving along. They would tell me they are only to have my prescription stopped from being shipped THE *** IT WAS TO BE SHIPPED. They will not call you if there's a problem with your prescription. Do not assume they have things under control. THEY DON'T.I have wasted so many hours on the phone with them over the last year. Nobody should have to plead and argue every month to receive their medication on time. They are playing with people's lives and health. These types of specialty drugs need to arrive in a timely matter. Since I've gone over a week without medication this time, due to Accredo, I'm now in a horrible flare and also developed an eye infection related to my autoimmune condition. This is unacceptable.Do not use this pharmacy. Save yourself headaches, tears, and hours on the phone chasing down your medication. This business should not be allowed to exist. Accredo is incompetent and dangerous to be handling the types of medications they deal with. I am switching to Fairview because my insurance recommended them. Even my insurance company's phone reps know how bad Accredo is!Review from Ellen S

Wish I could leave negative stars. 12+ hours on the phone with them and some calls included my doctors office and health insurer. Every time you speak with them, you have to start all over again. They NEVER call back, nor advise you if there is an issue with your prescription. I fully believe that they are taking money from insurers and drug manufacturers co-pay assistance and never actually filling the prescriptions. Had to switch pharmacies because required by my insurance company. Used Kroger in the past and had zero issues.Review from Amy M.

How on earth can a business in today's information society be run this badly? I've now been three weeks without my weekly medication that has a higher chance of becoming ineffective if you don't take it. Not to mention that I'm dealing with the symptoms of my condition. Here's the rundown of what happened:-Expected a delivery, it didn't happen. Order status says order was stopped, no info, no notification.-Called and said prior auth was expired and needed a new one. Ok, but I should have been notified before.-Got the doc's office to iron out the prior auth.-No word from Accredo after a few days, called again. Said they are waiting for the prior auth.-Automated call from Accredo, they are working on order. Will call again to schedule delivery.-Call from doc's office. Accredo is confused about the insurances that I have had for over a year that they have already been billing. ***'s office tells them what to do.-A few days and no word from Accredo. I call and they say there was no answer from me (I wasn't contacted) or my doc (they did answer) and they UNENROLLED me and everything needs to be started again. And it turns out that the number they say they called is not my number, is not remotely similar to my number, and is not on file in my info.Review from Clay C

Worst pharmacy in this universe. Unfortunately I have to deal with the headaches because my insurance company uses them for my medication. They deleted my prescription with refills left then denied ever having it. Delay my refills every time with lies that my copay assistance expired which the ************* have told me they don't expire as long as my prescription is active for the same medication. Its always nonsense and they don't care when you speak to them. It took them 3 days to verify my new prescription my doctor sent when they "lost" my new one a few months prior. Horrible customer service experience every single time. Truly wish I could give negative stars as they owe customers much more.Review from Curtis F

I am utterly disappointed with Accredo Pharmacy's appalling customer service and shady policies. My attempts to resolve my account balance have been met with incompetence and lack of coordination. Despite clear instructions provided during a conference call with Humira, Accredo's representatives dismissed them, showcasing a complete lack of consistency.I informed Accredo about my unpredictable job as an EMS worker, requesting that if I had to end a call due to an emergency, I be contacted later to continue. However, I had to restart the process multiple times with different nurses, wasting my time. Their disregard for my situation and lack of empathy is deeply frustrating.I stopped taking my medication due to their incompetence. A nurse provided a glimmer of hope, but an accidental disconnection resulted in me being unable to reach her again. When I called back, I was told she was busy, leaving me feeling defeated.Accredo's policies lack transparency. They don't disclose the amount owed before delivery or pickup, adding confusion. I refuse to pay the unjust balance that should have been covered by a copay assistance card. I will fight to avoid this mishandled financial burden.Avoid Accredo Pharmacy. Their customer service is a disaster, and their policies are questionable. My negative experience compels me to warn others. If I could give them -5 stars I would. Been a customer on and off for a long time. They've consistently screwed up not just my orders but my financial info. They never take an accountability for anything and always blame everybody else. Today I had more than one of their reps on the phone arguing being super disrespectful when all of the issues they were harassing and calling me about were THEIR FAULT. I would give zero stars!!! Myself and all 3 of my daughters receive specialty medications for infusions every 2 weeks. We have had nothing but problems!! have gone for months without getting medications due to errors on their part. Or they just don't send medications or notify you when they don't!! This past shipment we just didn't receive the heparin flushes needed for our ports... we I called to find out, I'm told they just didn't send do to a shortage in there supplies. I can call 5 times in a row and speak to 5 different people and get a different answer every time!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with.... Why BCBS contracts with them is beyond my comprehension.Review from Karen M

I would leave a zero if I could. I also would never willingly do business with this company. However, I am forced to as my insurance company prohibits specialty meds from going through any other fulfillment pharmacy. Accredo has messed up so many times which has impacted my schedule of when I should be taking my medicines which effects how I feel physically and that also impacts my work and home life. They just don't care. The most recent mix up at Accredo is still an on-going saga. My doctor sent over a new medicine on March 28, 2023. Their system says pending Pharmacist Review....apparently it take over 2 months to complete that (sarcasm). When I call them, they tell me that it's in Pharmacy Review and they'll reach out to schedule delivery. I mention how long they've had the prescription and they say that they'll expediate it. I have this happen 3 times so far and still no medicine or calls for delivery. This company thrives on keeping patients in pain and without meds and is totally unwilling to help them. Horrible customer service! Unethical treatment of patients! I absolutely despise this company. This is corporate greed at its worst and shows how broken our pharmacy and insurance systems are in the **.
