I purchased items from Autozone. I was Unable to follow through with my transaction because the system shutdown and my card was charged $100.00 Ive been calling since Wednesday 12/21/22 no resolution of how to receive my money back just to keep calling back. Nobody has given great customer service and its not pending in my account it has processed and has posted. I called again today and a representative named ***************** up on me and was very rude. Called back 3 times and he finally answered again and said I cant speak with store manager hes not in. Just horrible customer service and my $100 is still a loss.Initial Complaint

Location sold my girlfriend and I a set of ignition coils that was missing one, and so she went to return them, as this was around a $300 purchase.Not only did they refuse to refund the defective parts they sold us, they treated my girlfriend with extreme hostility and accused her of removing the part from the set herself in order to scam the store.When I came to the store to try and resolve things I was treated with the same hostility. I was told I could only have the refund if I told the man -who I believe was the shift manager- that his behavior and treatment of my girlfriend was acceptable. When I refused, he told me I could try and call whoever I wanted about it. So here I am.Attached is the order from our account with them (a digital receipt), and a copy of the bank statement showing the transaction. The amount from the digital receipt is different from the amount on the bank statement because we already had store credit that was deducted from the cost
