Family ******* is very good at selling stuff service after the sale is the absolute worst if you need parts they tell you to look on ****** or other websites do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else

Had to have liner replaced after less than two years. Now we have to replace it again only one year after the second liner. THREE liners in less than three years. Their liners are expensive, but they horrible. **************** is terrible, and they will drag their feet till you have no choice but buy a new liner from them. There is a disconnect between customer service and their technicians,so you are told one thing and then immediately told something different. This company is a thieving joke that only s**** their customers over every time.

Less than a year and our pool already has holes in it. According to warranty they gave us at install, it was covered. Now they are telling us its not?! They wont honor their own warranties! Takes WEEKS for them to give you a bs excuse. Definitely do NOT recommend this company! They are a complete SCAM!!

Ive seen this company give great care to a friend of mine, but perhaps their customer service is not what it used to be. I emailed the company- With photos- I got no reply. I called- was told they got my email, was promised a call back-but no one called. (Its now a week later) My Pool was installed by people who did not speak english. We marked where we wanted the pool, but it was installed 10 feet further out than we wanted it. This means my expense to install a deck has doubled. The liner was never trimmed properly so it looks terrible on the outside of the pool. The hole was dug so deep, and we were never told that we would have to move ***** tons of dirt. Being over 65, this would have been good to know Also, we were not told that the electric hook-up would be $2,500.00. The pool filter is maybe ***** feet from my house. This may help someone else not be as disappointed as I am! I regret installing this pool, and sad that no one really cared.

I highly do not recommend these people. One star is too much. We ordered a pool around the middle on Jan 22 the install was scheduled the first time for the next Saturday. The appointment was confirmed and then they called after the scheduled time to say their equipment was broke down and they were not coming. After 2 more reschedules the pool was installed. The installers tried to hit me up for extra money before leaving even after I already paid them to tear down the old pool and the extra driving expense. They also left trash in my yard. Then only to find out that the liner leaked after I filled the pool up. They then sent a technician to patch the pool and it was so many holes he requested a new liner. I called to schedule a liner change only to find it would be nearly a month before they could get back. Then they again rescheduled that 3 different times and only after threatening them to come get their pool they came to put the liner in. In such discuss the manager personally made the drive down here. The guys who installed the liner tried to tell my wife that the problem was ants had chewed a hole in the liner. This is a brand new pool ***** you. The manger came about the time they had the liner installed and said not to cut in the skimmer and jets due to the liner not being stretched. I again a week later had to schedule someone to come and finish the job only for him to show up and say the pool was too full. He couldnt wait 30 mins to drain it down he just left again. Still no pool. Now I have been on the phone for ten minutes on hold. I called and talked to service who has to come out to do the work. She said you need installation department. She transferred me to install and install said you need service. I am still on hold as I type this. This company clearly has no clue, no talent, no management. I highly recommend no one use these people to supply install, purchase, or service a five gallon bucket much less an ***** dollar pool.
