Started going to them in about August 1st this year and went to the up until November.The paperwork I've received does not show the money I have paid and when I called and asked him about it they said it had been applied but there is no documentation showing it on any of paperwork and I have paid all the patient portions but my last bill shows none it seems to me someone might be running to sets of booksBusiness response

Hi ******,
I have spoken to **************************** regarding his complaint (ID #*********. I have provided him with a print out showing his payment have truly been applied. Our collections office went to a new system in Nov which caused a delay in pts pmts being posted. Unfortunately, our November statements went prior to the patients payments being posted which caused a bit of confusion. This has since been resolved and the system seems to be working properly now.
