We hired Moeller Printing to print our address on envelopes that we provided. Moeller picked up 40 full boxes of 500 envelopes each. We were charged for printing all ****** envelopes. After printing the boxes were returned to us but did not have 500 envelopes in each. Some boxes ranged from 30 short to over 150 short.It was easy to tell just from the boxes not being full and the weights were all varied. This made us very suspicious of just how many envelopes we lost. So we ended up counted boxes. We are missing about **** envelopes that we purchased and we paid to have printed. I brought this to the attention of ******************************* with no response from him.Business response

Customer was contacted, we have agreed to replace **** of the ************ address envelopes. This resolves the issue of **** short on his original ***** envelopes.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.
We have not yet received the envelopes as of 4/18.
