I paid Evolution Process Service for their service in the amount of $180 on August 18th, 2023. The $180 was for an expired service which would be carried out within 24 hours of payment. I have security cameras installed at this place where theyll provide the service and no one came. On Monday, I called the office to tell them that no one came to provide the service and that I had security footage from the place. They insisted that someone came and when they had knocked on the door, no one answered. Which is a blatant lie! They then said theyll refund me $125, which they did, but the remaining $55 is for service fee because the server was there. They then told me that theyll be sending me an affidavit of service as proof but they didnt. This business is a scam and full of professional scammers. I NEED MY $55 BACK in a day or else Ill file a report with the police in my State and at the State where your business is located. Ill reach every higher heights in order to expose your fraud dealings and for you to return my $55.

This customer has already started a dispute with the credit card company, so I cannot even refund her the additional $55 until the dispute is resolved.
I have reached out to her for an alternative way to refund the $55.

The $55 has been refunded by the business on 9/18/2023. Bank dispute has been cancelled, and both BBB claim and ****** reviews have been deleted. Thanks.Customer response
