I have an complaint to file with the realtor and company ***************. My name is ************************* and I have been living at *********************** in The Village of Eagle Creek Condominiums. We moved in 2/8/2023 and didn't receive mailbox keys or garage opener. For the past 5 months and counting I have been getting my mail from the post office. When I do reach out to BHB majority of time I get no answer from this business. What was interesting was that when I paid rent yesterday they were able to say, that the post office just reach out and will be ordering a new mailbox. So conveniently now. Now I have MOLD in my home and definitely looking for a place to move ASAP. This is an health hazard and I will not put my mother and I through that. I would appreciate if you guys can help us get figure out professionally. At this point I don't trust nor believe anything that has been said or will be said, I just want out of this lease. Tenant was provided a key at the time of move in that was provided by the *** of the property. The tenant advised that the key did not work and was advised to go to the post office for a copy of the key as the *** directed BHB to inform the tenants to do and bring their lease to. The tenant informed BHB that she had placed an order request with the post office, and they would update her once her order was processed and until than the mail could be picked up from the post office.
When the tenant went back to the post office, she was advised that the post office was extremely behind, and they did not have a master key of the mailbox. BHB than advised the tenant that would contact the *** directly to get a new key for the box. BHB submitted several requests to the *** about the mailbox and after several notices along with having the tenant follow up with the *** too got no response. We than were approved by the *** to change the complete lock as the hallways are in orders with the *** and request have to be made for the mailbox as they are supposed to keep a log. The lock was changed and provided to the tenant.
The tenant submitted an work order request on 7/6/23 in regard to possible mold on the wall in a closet. Our maintenance tech went to the unit and resolved the maintenance issue on 7/10/23. I've attached pictures of the before and after for reference. This work order was closed and resolved in 4 days and the tenant signed off on the work order to show that she was happy with the service.
