They close at 4 wants you to make an appointment but no appointments online. Will not release my ID or debit cards without an appointment which their arent currently any. How am I suppose to operate without identification and my debit cards. This place is insane. The car has been released since 11 this morning and they dont close to 4

We operate on a first come first serve basis in regard to appointments. If there are not appointments available, it is because they have already been booked. I know this may be frustrating for you but in order to get everyone through in an appropriate fashion and to ensure we have the staffing available; this is our process. We do not have any control over what people leave in their vehicles and we try to accommodate when we can, but it is not always possible to get everyone in the same day releases come through.

This is by far, one of the worse companies to deal with. Car was towed last night due to an error with the bank (Everwise). Took the truck from elderly parents who havent missed a payment (automatic withdrawal for 5yrs!!!) In getting it cleared up, Lender Recovery was EXTREMELY unprofessional is so many ways. When we asked where we needed to come to pay to get the truck back, the agent stated "we cant tell you that". What??? Really??? Fortunately the credit ***** told us who towed the vehicle. The credit union even tried to get them to cooperate, and the same agent went off on her stating, "I know my job, dont tell me how to do my job". Then as we continued to speak with the agent, we asked what time do you close..... "We close at three and we are extremely busy".... so we hurried up to get there..... On the door, it clearly stated "4pm"..... go inside, nobody is doing anything. The same agent was clearly ****** that we showed up when we did and they clearly took their time getting our truck back as we waited, like i read in another complaint against them, for 25min. Not busy, not doing anything.... they did not want us to get our truck back. they did not want to help us or assist us to get our truck back. I clearly hope no one has to deal with them.

I am sorry you did not have a positive experience. We operate on an appointment only basis. We do this because we are a small business with limited employees. We stop taking appointments at 3 pm because we do not have anyone available to release vehicles past that time. When people show up unexpectedly, we cannot stop what we are doing for those that have appointments, to make room for those that did not have one. We also do not tell where the vehicles are located until we get appointments set to alleviate people trying to walk in, as well as it is part of our contracts to not divulge information about the vehicles for safety and security reasons until we have information from the banks to do so. As far as your claim of not wanting you to get your vehicle back, I can assure you that is not the case. The longer your vehicle is on our lot the less space we have. We want your cars gone asap just like you want to get them back asap. What looks like not being busy to you is not the case for us. In the office, our work is all done on computers. We have multiple accounts and serve multiple people daily, all while doing it with limited staffing. It also takes time to get all of the paperwork needed to be able to release vehicles and property, another reason we require appointments so we can have things prepared before you come to make the wait time less. As far as the agents being irritated, we deal with people on their worst days. It is not easy to do and when people do not listen to us, so we can accommodate everyone, it makes things much more difficult. We strive to do the best we can for everyone involved. Sorry if you feel like we fell short here.
