They replaced our roof in April 2022. After completion I question that you could see daylight from our laundry room. I was told that was normal. I asked him to check it out which he did on 4/22/22. I paid him in full that day $11846,15.On 7/8/22 I contacted him about a leak in my laundry room. He said they would be out on 7/10/22. They informed me that it was my air conditioner that was leaking so I called ****** *********** They came on 7/11/22 and said was not my air but the roof. I contacted ************************ both talked that it was the witches hat & was going to replace some of the shingles around it. I paid Brewers $233.00 for a service I never needed. We have lived here for almost 14 years with no leak issues until we replaced our roof. He refused to come back to fix the problem & wont return any text. His mailbox is full so cannot call him. It rained all day yesterday & I have water again in my laundry room. The water is also in my light so very concerning because I have my ************* son in wheelchairs that if something would catch on fire getting them out. I just want my roof fixed so I have no issues with water or mold. Our son already has breathing problems so we need this fixed ASAP. I have pics & all my texts from *****. I switched my homeowners ************* asked him for a letter of completion with his letterhead for the discount but never replied. I feel as senior citizens we were taken advantage of & need this fixed correctly. Please help me out with this serious problem before it continues to get worse.Business response
