On May 6, 2023 I arranged and paid for a flower delivery for Sunday May 7, 2023. The selection I chose included the description: Talk about a ****************! This wicker basket is overflowing with beauty and blossoms. It's no wonder two pretty butterflies have made this basket their home.Hot pink spray roses, light pink alstroemeria, snapdragons and miniature carnations, dark pink *************************, purple ********* asters, large ************************* asters, statice and pittosporum fill a pretty picnic-like basket. You've got this gift handled!What was actually delivered appears to be something they got from Lowes/*******/etc last minute. It was a hanging plastic basket full of one color Petunias. ******* has the exact thing they delivered for $9.97 and Lowes has it for $16.98. I get that it was a holiday and probably busy but If the shop ran out they should have contacted me and offered to deliver what they got or give me a refund. Instead they delivered something that was not what I paid for, all in all costing me $74.
