This is an older home and I wanted a total gut job in the kitchen due to lack of maintenance by previous owners. Maynor Construction gave a clear, detailed estimate and timeline. As expected with an older home, there were some issues. The floor was taken down to the floor joists, which is what I wanted, and the joists had additional joists sistered in to give needed support. I knew the plumbing was not in good shape going in, so it was all replaced with PEX and I don't have to worry about flushing toilets anymore. There were some change orders on my end - I added a half wall and some light fixtures - which they handled seamlessly and Maynor made some design suggestions that were good. All in all, I am very pleased with how things have turned out!! I have a nice, solid floor, good plumbing and a beautiful, more functional kitchen.Review from C.W.

I was very pleased with this company and the work that did in remodeling my kitchen. They did a very good job and the staff and everyone involved were conscientious, professional, and seemed committed to doing a good job. They were just great!

About 2 weeks ago I had some wind damage on my shingles and Maynor himself came to inspect the damage done. Him and his team kept in touch with me during the whole process. They are a very hard working team and a reliable company.
