On May 17th in error I signed up for a membership on the USA Football website as I thought I was signing up for the training I needed. The website kept redirecting me to their membership sign up. I emailed them on May 17th asking for a refund. They responded May 23 stating they don't refund memberships. I tried to cancel my membership on their website as they set it up to auto renew and the website continues to error out when I try to cancel. I'm literally trapped in their membership with no way out.Initial Complaint

On April 11th, I submitted an age verification request to USA Football for my minor son and paid a nominal fee (less than $25). However, the organization denied the application stating the document, a valid New York State birth certificate, was illegible. Allowing them the benefit of the doubt I re-added the same document and the verification was subsequently approved. However, they charged me twice. There was no notice posted that a denied submission would require another payment. So, I requested a refund and was told, after the fact, "To re-submit age verification, you must pay again, unless the child/coach is a Member." Again, there was no visible notice of this policy at time of submission. The amount was small, but if they did this to me, they do it to many others. Clearly a money-making scam, and possibly illegal.Customer response

USA Football has replied to me directly on 4/25 that they have issued me a refund as the duplicate charge was a result of their system glitch.
I am satisfied with this answer and outcome.

Received email from USA Football stating that my membership would renew on 1/31/24 for $40. I was given the option to cancel and tried to online several times but screenshotted the attempt on 1/10/24, but received a conflicting message stating that I had both cancelled my membership successfully and also stating there was error. I repeated the process several times and got the same result.There was no contact information available on the website readily available and only after I received another notification about being charged did I find an email contact. My request was met with a swift rebuttal stating terms in bold and the service ticket was closed immediately. I replied explaining the situation more thoroughly and provided the screenshot with time stamp to show the issue I encountered but have not heard anything back in a week.Customer response
