      Summary of reviews: The only 2 positive reviews are from people who appear to be BCF employees -- all the rest are very damning to BCF. One has to draw the conclusion they are a s****** scam outfit. How and why BBB gives them an A+ rating reflects very poorly on BBB.

      This company has been incessantly contacting me via text, email, and phone with a job offer that I am way overqualified for and am completely not interested in. A quick look at my LinkedIn profile would easily reveal that. I blocked the first recruiter's number and email, so then they proceeded to have another recruiter call and email me yet again. This has been going on for days. I finally emailed them back and told them to stop contacting me.

      I recently had this company contact me multiple times regarding a job. Each and every time, they call from the phone number that is disconnected. Stay clear of them as they are obviously scammers.

      I was contacted by this company saying they came across my resume on Indeed at first it seemed legitimate but I started to receive numerous calls asking the same questions. After I confirmed an interview time they still called me numerous time asking weird questions I felt uncomfortable. I dont recommend anyone going forward with this company very sketchy .

      I have enjoyed working at BCforward. They have consistently provided me opportunities to grow and develop new skills. Beyond work, they have seized opportunities to live up to their stated values. They have supported Veterans on deployment, gave them transition assistance, and even have offered sabbaticals to help Soldiers preparing for deployment. I believe them when they say they care about taking care of people and I wish more of those stories made their way to BBB reviews.

      I received a job offer from BCforward and the onboarding process was seamless. I provided my information and cleared all screens promptly. My onboarding specialist was very professional and did an excellent job of letting me know where I was during my onboarding process. I was highly thankful for my position with BCforward and was later converted to full-time. I had no issues with BCforward during my onboarding process and highly recommend them to anyone seeking employment.

      AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! I was contacted via text and email a little over a week ago by *************************************** who claimed to be a recruiter at BCforward. She said she had a remote customer service position in ** that she needed to staff immediately. I was initially suspicious, as I also got another text message from her co-worker, *****, essentially saying the same things she did in her text. I thought it was weird that a first contact would be made this way. She called about 20 minutes after the text. I had not applied for any position with BCforward, so questioned her how she had my contact information. She claimed she got it from Zip Recruiter. We spoke for 10 minutes or so and I agreed to send the specs on my laptop to confirm it was in the required range for connectivity to perform the job. Before doing this, I looked her up and saw that she DID NOT work at the office in ******* as her 317 phone number indicated, but sat in *********, *****. I confirmed this when fact when I spoke with her again after sending my laptop specs. She seemed startled I found that out so quickly.She emailed over documents and told me the next training started on November 4, the schedule, etc. She then said my laptop spec fell below the required range. I let her know I was in the market for a new laptop that I planned to purchase on Black Friday, but I would purchase it now if the position was confirmed. She agreed it was, so I purchased a new laptop and had it shipped for next-day delivery. When I received it, I sent screenshots confirming the new laptop's specs.I never heard from her again since then. No response via email or text message. I felt like I should do some additional digging and found out what I was dealing with via reviews here, on the BBB website, and others. It appears they attempt to counter valid reviews with fake ones. Needless to say I deleted everything from them and blocked them. I am just happy I did not give them any personal information.

      I worked with the company less than 60 days - they contacted the state disability and lied about me still doing business with them. Because of this businesses disorganization, my state benefits that have nothing to do with them, are now in jeopardy. This mess of companies: BC FORWARD = ******************************* Consulting, **** =Dividend Finance =5th/3rd Bank - Makes Everything look even more shady and now, when my state disability contacts me, theyre asking me, How many companies am I working for?, insinuating not only am I lying about being an employee for them, but that I am working with several different companies. When you call into BCForward theres nobody thats able to help so its just a run around of messages being taken. This job company emailed me out of nowhere, saying that they found my rsum on a job site. I did not apply for any positions at this company, BEWARE definitely more trouble than theyre worth!

      I reported *** concerns, but my ticket was ignored despite an email claiming Id receive a response within 2-4 business days. Two weeks later, my ticket was somehow solved. I used the support chat feature to try to understand what was going on, but all they did was reopen my ticket. I didnt hear back from them until I eventually filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General regarding their *** violations. However, their response did not address my *** concerns. Instead, they retaliated by claiming I had been overpaid. I supposedly owe them $321.98. Enough is enough. Im getting the **** involved. Stay away from this company!

      This company seemed legitimate in the beginning but the warning flags continued to increase with every step. The first warning was the low hourly rate. The second was the request to confirm that you agree to the rate by email (before any interviews) by including your name & DOB. The third was that they couldn't answer questions about the insurance/benefits that their contracting company would be providing. The fourth was that they were very slow to provide the full details of the ********** responsibilities. After multiple requests. I finally received it a day before the interview. The fifth is that they were slow to provide the ************ of the interviewer claiming I would receive that when the company sent the calendar invite for the interview. They finally provided a name for the interviewer (***********************) with no title less than 24 hours before the interview, however, she could not be found on LinkedIn although she held a high position with ****** Micro, a large global company. The sixth was that they never sent a calendar invitation for the interview. Every time I asked, they said the client would be sending it. The afternoon before the interview (that was supposed to be today), I said I would assume the interview was canceled if I had not received the calendar invitation/video link by COB my time since the interview was the following morning at 10 am. A woman named *********************** from bcForward, who I had never interacted with before, chimed in and said no the interview is confirmed and that the interviewer was in ***** and would send it overnight. The following morning, I emailed there was no link. I got an email from *********************** at 9:37 am minutes before the 10 am interview with this fake excuse: "Unfortunately, associate that this position was to backfill for went out on an emergency medical leave way sooner than they expected. They no longer have them to train so they are taking a different route and asked me to close the role." BEWARE!!!!!!
