      I have tried attempting talk to manager and get in contact with owner my vehicle has been in the shop every 2 weeks or less since I have bought . Nothing but a faulty vehicle and unreliable.

      Very nice people to work with in the dealership, including sales and finance staff. But they do not do a good job with out-of-state purchases...very, very slow with their title work and subsequent paperwork. They don't have working knowledge about individual states titling/licensing requirements, and even when I was telling them exactly what they needed to do, I was ignored. As a result, I'm having to deal with temporary tags that have expired without any way to resolve the situation beyond calling the Twin City Dodge office for follow up and status. The back-end of the purchase has been a real disappointment, and I would highly recommend that any out-of-state buyers avoid this dealership to avoid the titling problems that will come with it.

      I purchased a vehicle on January 29, 2022, when the car showed up at my door two weeks later I found several mfg defects and brought it to my sales rep attention. he had said that the car was put through a full inspection and didn't believe it happen at their facility, but was willing to order me the new parts, as of today 3/28/22 they still haven't shown up. I was also told that I would not receive my *** paper work or title for a few weeks but still needed to ask for a temporary tag to drive the car. will a week later I find out my sales man quit, the title manager's "several" never return my calls or emails. all of the *** paper work was rejected due to so many errors. today is 3/28/22 and now I have sent the title **** a email of complaint, I have left the General manager a voice mail complaint as well as the president of this dealer ship a voice mail complaint. I still don't have my temp tag replacement nor do I have my registration or *** paper work. This dealer ship is the worst, and needs new management
