On 02/20/2023 I placed an order online at Jacks Chrome Shop for a water temperature gauge for my truck. The total price, including shipping was ******. The tranasctiion was payed by PayPal. The status said processing. After about a month, i checked the status and it said back ordered. I waited a few more weeks and decided I would call and cancel the order. I called, no answer. I left a message and asked someone to call back. No response. I emailed the contact person and left message to cancel and refund, no response. I called a few more times and never spoke to anyone. Ordered chrome engine parts Made a cc payment of $1582.00 in January. They have not delivered the parts and I cant get any response from them. On January 5th 2023 I placed an order on jacks chrome shop website for 2 12 inch visors. I paid a total of $1,089.98 for these. Out of that $55 was for shipping. The payment was made through their PayPal. Merchant transaction ID is *****************. Invoice # BDCEAC-******. ************************* is who was on the transaction receipt. Email is ******************************* I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemails trying to figure out where the visors are that they took my money for. I have to date received no responses, their phones have gone straight to voicemail every time no matter what option you pick. This is STEALING. THESE THIEVES NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED AND SHUT DOWN, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SCAM ARTISTS. IF I TOOK MONEY FROM MY NEIGHBOR AND DIDN'T DELIVER WHAT WAS PROMISED, I'D BE ARRESTED. SO SHOULD THEY!!! And apparently THEY STEAL FROM alot of people, I found THIS out after looking them up online in more detail. I HOPE SOMETHING IS DONE WITH THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS SO NO MORE CONSUMERS GET RIPPED OFF BY THEMBusiness response

Placed an order on May 25th 2022 for a bumper which was supposed to be a gift for someone. A few months later I attempted to reach out via email and phone and get an update for the bumper as the persons birthday was approaching to no avail. I have left several voicemails, emails, and called at least 7 times per day every week and never get a response or call back. I went ahead and purchased the bumper from another merchant and received it within a few weeks of placing the order. I no longer need the bumper from them and have also made them aware via email and voicemail I wish to get a complete refund for the order I placed with Jacks Chrome Shop as it is no longer needed and it was never even shipped out. I did manage to one day get lucky and speak to someone via their chat system on their website they said they would look into my refund and escalate my situation. They said they would reach back out to me but never did. That was September 21st 2022. HI! We have one person in shipping/receiving/customer service. And we had a rage of COVID in the shop, owner and this employee, (and me) over the Christmas break (before 12/25 thru New Year's

ON 5/2/22 i ordered from Jacks chrome shop for $55.58 for a license plate cover. I still haven't received the purchase and no one from the establishment returns my calls or emails. I PURCHASED A NEW BUMPER FOR MY SEMI-TRUCK, THE BUMPER WAS A SS MATERIAL AND I ASKED FOR EXTRA LIGHT ***** TO BE CUT IN THE BUMPER.THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE AND HE HAS THE EQUIPMENT IN HOUSE TO PROCESS THIS REQUEST, I WENT TO THE ************ STORE TO PICK UP THE BUMPER AFTER SPEAKING WITH A REP STATING THE ***** OF OPERATION. WHEN I ARRIVED IN ************ THE STORE WAS CLOSED, I LEARNED THE STORE WAS CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES. IT WAS A 2-HOUR DRIVE 1 WAY. I CALLED AND EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES TO TRY TO GET THE BUMPER, I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE BUMPER. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS THEY RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL AND I WASNT AVAILABLE TO GO THE THE LAFETTE STORE SO I SENT ONE OF THE GUYS THAT WORKS FOR ME WHEN HE RETURNED FROM HIS 5 HRS TRIP TO PICK THIS UP I OPENED THE *** AND THE ***** THAT WERE CUT IN WERE NOT CENTERED ON THE BUMPER. I SENT EMAILS AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM DUE TO IT BEING A SPECIAL ORDER, WELL THE BUMPER LOOKS TERRIBLE, THE LIGHT ***** ARE NOT CENTERED ADN THE BUMPER CAN NOT BE FIXED AND jACKS CHROME SHOP REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I ordered an exhaust kit for my semi May 6 2022 for the amount of $2,887.49. It was understood that there was delay in parts availability due to inventory. After 6 weeks and no word I began calling jacks chrome shop to which nobody would answer. On the 7th week somebody finally answered the phone and told me they had a partial of my order and was checking there warehouse for the remainder and would get back to me, however I never received any phone call. After that I tried numerous times to contact this business and was sent straight to voicemail. Finally on sept 20 I received an email stating they had received my parts ordered and were ready to ship except I had an address they couldnt accept and needed to choose a freight carrier. I immediately emailed back giving them an appropriate address and told them my freight carrier of choice. On October 6th I had not received any more information on the status of my order and sent an email regarding this. I received an email later that day apologizing and claiming an employee opened the email and did nothing with it and was told I would be receiving a freight invoice so parts could ship. It is now October 24th and I still havent received any invoice or email explaining what is going on. At this point ** afraid to even pay for said charges on the amount of $867.65 for freight delivery for fear of giving them even more money and not receiving my parts or even communicating.Business response

HI! We contacted the customer that the freight was $100 more than quoted, and we sent an email to him about this. Once we get the $100 freight paid to us, we can ship the order out.
I am emailing the customer in a separate email and copying you also, **** BBB.
I opened the three attachments, but they were not in a word document format, and no information showed.

*********************They have not emailed me any aside from an excuse stating that they had emailed me a shipping quote and they have not. Then proceeded to tell me the freight company ABF increased their price$100 more and chose a separate company that was closer to the original price. Still have not received that quote and have emailed at least 6 times to a ********************* director of operations The fact that they cannot simply contact me when they have my phone number and email address is simply frustrating. They never answer the phones during any business hours or even email like they say they do. Ill make it very simple my number is ************** Im available throughout the day. They can contact me and step by step solve this matter while on the phone

All order that they had received from Jacks Chrome Shop have been sent and my order was never placed with ****************. Jacks Chrome Shop charged my credit card June 11, 2022 and refuse to issue a credit to my account or ship the product. I was told by Jacks Chrome Shop that the product would be ship within 8 to 10 weeks of the order being placed. I am looking for a full refund.
