Hello I got financed for a car from t&s motors in lafayette in. On may 19, 2023 an few days later I started haveing dash lights that came on for sensor. Called them and they said they would order them for me. Almost a week went buy and when I started it up it was making noise called them they said they would get it in to have there machine look at it buy they were pretty booked. A few more days went buy and it started smoking called them told them. And again they would get it looked at well on June 10th 2023 the motor went out and I called them they said they would have there machine come tow it. They came an towed it on june 12th. It's been there still to this day almost 5 moths later. I have a warranty on it but the motor cost more then what's the cars worth. And they were supposed to help me out buy helping getting it fixed or even giving me a different car. Non of that happened and they will not return my calls or even talk to me I even went to them and they call the cops. I filled out a dealer complaint and they wony even respond to it. *** on top of it all I couldn't even get it plated bc they took there time on the title. I don't no what to even do but to find a lawyer. I even emailed the governorInitial Complaint

I purchased a truck from T&S Motors in November 2021. Not even a week after having it the truck stopped running on the middle of a road and we had to have it towed to a shop. The truck had a fuel pump issue and the warranty from the dealership did not cover it. We paid out of pocket and then a week after we got the truck back the front end was having issues we contacted the dealership and asked what we needed to do. They told us to have it taken to a shop and quoted for it to be fixed and they would help us figure out how to pay it. The warranty did not cover fixing the truck due to them putting the wrong warranty on the truck. T&S Motors has refused to answer any phone calls or emails regarding this situation we also did not receive the paper for the title to be transferred to the bank until after 45 days when I notified them we had not received it. the paperwork then mysteriously appeared in our mailbox the next day without us signing for it but the paper attached to sign for it was ripped off.Business response

The customer purchase the vehicle from T&S Motors on November 2021. Customer test drove the vehicle more than once, at the time of purchased customer didn't mention any issues or concerns about the vehicle. The vehicle was sold AS-IS, Unfortunually the fuel pump is a part that can go out at any time unexpectedly. As mention before the vehicle was sold AS-IS however customer was provided with a limited vehicle protection plan that is offer thru ************ at no additional cost to the customer. This same limited protection plan is provided to most of our vehicles. As far the title due to Covid19 no contact delivery and also signature wasn't required.
