The owner (*******) of Stormstrike LLC provided a quote and timeframe for repairs to be done to my vehicle on 1/3/22. Stating he was rather busy but should be able to have it repaired by 1/17/22.After not hearing any updates from ******* or ***** (receptionist) I decided to text asking for an update on 1/19/22. I was told by ***** on 1/19/22, 1/20/22, 1/21/22 the owner would be reaching out. I never received any update from the owner. 1/21/22 ***** sends me a text stating the repairs should be done 1/23/22 1/23/22 I never received an update from ******************* I called. He stated the repairs were almost done and the vehicle should be ready for picky 1/24/22 1/24/22 I receive a text from ***** that there was an electrical issue at the shop and the owner would be contacting me. Never received a call from the owner 1/25/22, 1/26/22, 1/27/22 no update 1/28/22 ***** sends me a text stating the vehicle should be repaired and ready for pick up 1/30/22 1/30/22 I never hear from the owner so I give ******* a call. He stated the repairs are almost done and it should be ready 1/31/22 1/31/22 Im told the vehicle isnt done and ******* states he will call me. I never hear from him so I call at 5PM. He stated the repairs will be done no later than 2/2/22 2/2/22 I ask when I should pick up my vehicle. Im told it isnt done and that the owner will call me. I receive no call 2/3/22 ***** and I text all afternoon waiting to hear from *******. He finally text around 7:40PM apologizing and states he will provide follow up 2/4/22 at 8AM 2/4/22 ******* sends me a text at 10:18AM stating the vehicle will for sure be completed 2/5/22 2/5/22 I never hear from ******* or ***** Ive text, called, and left voicemails and theyve completely ignored every attempt. Ive been repeatedly lied to and given the runaround. Its been 23 days since it was supposed to be done, and 17 days since theyve been telling it would be. Please helpBusiness response

Vehicle has been completed. I am only one person, things happen. I can only apologize for my lack of communication. And strive to get better.
Vehicle is completed, and ready for pick up, as of 02/14/22 at 2am in the morn.
I have been working diligently, to clean and ensure things are completed efficiently and effectively.
For now, the vehicle is completed, and awaiting customer pickup.Customer response
