We approaching 1 year after signing a contract with this company, after multiple attempts I have received no return phone calls, or emails in the last 4 months, the damage to my roof has gotten worse and my insurance company has closed my claim, the check I wrote this company has been cashed but no work has been completedInitial Complaint

Hired over the top roofing July they didn’t start until end of December, ***** amicably said they dropped the ball at least 3 times they owe me a refund an they have ghosted me since January filing legal judgment Over the Top RoofingBusiness response

A contract was signed and a check cut by State Farm Insurance to repair/replace a roof, and repair interior bedroom damage, The roof was repaired/replaced, but no work whatsoever has occurred on the interior of the home. The contract was signed in fall of 2021, roof repaired, but not only was no work completed, communication has been non-existent. When we approached our insurance, regarding this issue, they stated since the claim has been filed and a check cut, we could not have another contractor file a claim.Business response

Hello,
Prior to receiving this complaint I personally met with Mr. ***** today to address his concerns. After reviewing his file I was able to resolve the breakdown in communication as well as take the steps necessary to get the interior portion of his project back on track to be completed within the next couple of weeks as he and I discussed this afternoon. After our conversation today I don't believe there will be any further issues barring any outside interruptions that Mr. ***** nor myself have control over.
