      I have been trying for over a month and a half to return the shoes. I am unable to receive the return label through email so I called twice asking for it to be emailed to me. I have never received it. I called today for a third time and was on the phone for over an hour trying to speak to a supervisor and I just kept getting transferred to the wrong place. I want a refund. I am getting sick and tired of this.

I called **** and an employee named ***** couldn't solve the problem and I told her to contact me With a supervisor, she refused to give me a supervisor, I told her that only a supervisor could help me,**** refuses to give me the refund and *** has already approved it and *** cannot give it to me because the shipping contract is with ****,I am the one affected and I think they are stealing from, *** approving **** and **** is not affected at all, only me.

      I purchase a pair of custom Air Maxes and the seems are already fraying. Looks ugly and *************** is not a result from wear and tear as the shoes have only been worn a few times for special occasions. So I returned the shoes under the 2 year warranty, I paid to ship them and was denied a replacement. Here is what they said:We have received your claim product and after a thorough inspection, we've determined the issue is not a result of a material or manufacturing flaw, per our return guidelines, and we're unable to issue a product voucher.Were returning your item to youit should arrive within seven business days.This is unacceptable and would like to see **** fix this issue. I want my shoes fixed, this is a materials flaw.

      I purchased a pair of shoes in-store on April 28. After my daughter wore them for about three weeks (only 2-3 times a week), the edge around the ankle broke. I contacted customer **********************, and the representative agreed to issue a refund. I sent the shoes back on May 22, and **** customer ********************** received them on May 28. However, I haven't received a refund. After checking with customer **********************, they said the inspection team denied my return because the shoes were worn too much and were too dirty. Before sending them out, I told customer ********************** they had been worn! The shoes were only worn about ***** times, and their excessive wear is a quality issue, not a reason to deny a refund.

      5/18/2024 Order #C01402111099 I order a pair of air ****** 11 retro low black varsity royal gym shoe . When I checked online it states that my order has been delivered on 5/21/24 I did not receive my order . I left a letter on my door stating do not leave packages on porch if no one is home . The carrier left a picture of a door and shoes and said deliver . However when I got home the shoes and my written letter wasnt at my door . Im not sure what happen in between time . But **** wasnt helpful at all and I feel as I need a resolution because I was never updated that my order was even on the way . A reshipment or a refund would be fine but I need help .

      I returned 2 pairs of sneakers A Black pair of Air *** ******************** White 2 different sizes. The return labels were mixed up so the label for black went on white box and vice versa. That part was initially was my fault. Therefore initially 1 return had been denied, and **** stated they were sending the Black Pair Air *** 95 size 10.0 which I paid $139.58 for back to me. However they sent back the White pair of Air *** size 10.5 which I paid $103.67 they credited me for the white pair $103.67 even though they kept the black pair at **** (see email pics) And as of March ***************************************************************************** the $139.58 since they processed the refunds backwards and credited me only for the white pair. Its been back and forth phone calls emails etc with no real answers as to the whereabouts of my 2nd refund which is past due. 1Z5X229A0391731149 Tracking# **** return received 03/25/24 and refund has not been issued. Customer ********************** via phone and e-mail stated refund credited to original payment method PayPal with 3-5 days after receiving the return.

      **** emailed me a little  while ago (see pic) just uploaded, and is now refunding me for my purchase. The amount of $139.58 to my PayPal.

      *** had returned some sneakers I brought that was faulty and falling apart so **** had received the product on January 3rd when I shipped it so I contact **** and they said January 6th thy had issued out a refund never received so I keep reaching out to **** and no one can tell me wheres my refund so all the customers service keep saying the same thing every time I contact them wait for the elite team to email back in **** business still no email and its the 25th Ive been told about this email since January 6 still not elite team reached out to me so why they cant give me a real reason what happened to my money my return order #R100021260870

      I ordered women's air *** 90 all white size 8. When I got them they were size 6 gray, yellow, green and white. Ugly. I contacted **** and started a return. I just received shoes back but all worn, used and disgusting. I contacted **** and they said I returned the wrong shoes. Of course because they sent me the wrong shoes and they were brand new when I sent them back. These ones are a health hazard. Disgusting, dirty, filthy that they sent. I don't know what happened but this is bs. Did one of the employees put there old shoes in here and keep the new ones? Something happened and it wasn't on my part. Again I returned brand new size 6 shoes. If you look at my orders, I only wear white, black and pink size 8 shoes. This is wrong a gross.

      Hello, on July 11th I returned items to **** for a warranty claim. **** recieved the items on July13th. On August 4th I chatted woth **** for an update status and was told the items were still being reviewed and to look out for a response in email. On August 16th I acll for status again To be told the case has been denied and that the shoes were returned to me onAugust 5th. Unfortunately they were never received. The tracking information provided doesn't allow me to see the proof of delivery. Nor did I ever recieve written communication regarding the claim. **** is telling me to claim with **** I don't believe that to be my responsibility as I was never informed of the denial nor the return of my shoes. I am now out of the shoes as well as a replacement. I was never notified by **** of anything g other than the two emails stating they are tracking the return and that they received the return. Please see screenshot showing the only two communications from ****. Also screenshot of rep telling me that items are still processing when infact they were supposedly in transit back to me.
