      I bought a new boat from Pro Wake in February 2021. There has been several issues that have needed addressed since I bought the boat, everything will be taken care of according to them when purchased. Currently, Pro Wake has not actually fixed any issues, but all issues are still there and now comes all the damage that occurs every single time they touch my boat. -They cut my dash somehow -They scratched my dash up reinstalling the seat they reupholstered -The seat they reupholstered was done so poorly that the shop lead offered to pay if I want to take it somewhere else to get fixed correctly. This was only offered after I could his damage. -They left a huge ball of loose wires hanging out from under dash. -Boat has had electronic issues from the start and now they are claiming that its a known issue that has been going on for years, but no one bothered to tell me there were known issues when I bought the boat. Now they wont speak to me after almost three years of damaging my boat. This is what they do to a brand new $180k boat that they sold new.

      The last time they touched my boat and caused the permanent damage was ***** of this year. 

      All of the damage and pics referred to in this complaint all happened at that time. ***** 2023.

      I have been in this industry, this business and this location for 18 years now.  I personally have worked in the **************** Industry for 36 years.  This customer is no longer welcome to do business here as he NEVER contacted me even though I commented on one of his social media rants with my phone number to reach out to me directly.  He has refused to do so, only to hide behind his ******** page, ***** and *********** Owners page and others attacking my ******* and my employees everywhere.  He has also attacked *********** and their employees via ************* emails and ******** messages.  Whomever receives this message from me would understand that if you had an is*** with something you bought somewhere, you most likely would go to the organization, politely explain your situation and I am certain the ******* would take care of your situation the way we all do.  ************** has told employees of mine that he doesn't want any one of my employees touching his boat - yet in the same breath demands us to fix something we didn't break.  3years a customer of ours and he has never had a conversation with me even though he has my email address and phone number.  Employees at ******* ****** (parent ******* of ****** can be reached at ************* to verify all the info I am providing here.  Please see attached pdf with our notes and communication with ******* ******.  I can be reached at ************* with any questions.  Please note, if he continues his slander my attorneys are waiting in the wings to *** him for this.  Sincerely, ************************* - Owner Pro Wake Watersports.
