      We traded in a vehicle as part of a down payment on a vehicle through b&m auto sales. The car did not work was in the shop for over a month. We made 3 or 4 payments to them NOT FINANCE! We got car back still same problem they wouldn't fix it so we told them we wanted either another car or money back. Told us the car would be ready by that Wednesday and oh no it's not gonna be ready then it will be 2 weeks from now. But the car was on the lot. So they gave us back just half of what we was owed they still owe us ****** and just stopped in to get it or the car back that we traded in and they said no they was using that for taxes when that was already paid for. I need that ****** dollars back or the car back.

      Hello i looked over the complaint and spoke with my mechanics and sales representatives to see what the issue with the vehicle was and during the time the vehicle was here getting worked on we did let them use one of our loaner vehicles. With this being a used vehicle it is hard to say that they are 100% when they are used. We did offer to get them into new vehicle but all the vehicles they were wanting were either to high of a payment or required more of a down payment from what they had already given. Due to the trade in they had given we ended up scraping the vehicle to ***** Auto Salvage due to a few mechanical issues the vehicle had. I do understand the frustrations of the customer about the vehicle not being fixed but we did take it to a certified dealer and they verified the vehicle was fixed.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The problem WAS NEVER FIXED! WE GOT THE CAR BACK WITHIN 12 HOURS THE CAR STARTED ACTING UP AGAIN! TOOK IT BACK TO B&M THE OWNER TESTED DROVE THE CAR SEEN NO PROBLEM THEN WE TOOK HIM AND SHOWED HIM THE PROBLEM HIS EXACT WORDS WAS WE WILL DO AN EVEN TRADE BUT WE NEVER RECEIVED THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS GONNA BE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS WHEN IT WAS SITTING ON THE **** THE ****** YOU OWE US WAS FROM THE CAR YOU SCRAPED YOU NEVER GAVE US OUR MONEY BACK FOR IT! WE PAID THE TAXES AND EVERYTHING! WE SHOULD HAVE BE REWARDED THE 500 BACK OR THE CAR WE TRADED IN. BUT YALL DONE SCRAPED IT WHEN YOU SHOULDNT HAVE! SIMPLE FIX IT PAY THE MONEY THAT IS OWED

      The taxes plus paperwork for that vehicle were $1171 so we actually lost $279 due to the vehicle already being scrapped. The vehicle was not in working conditions that's why we had to scrap it. The taxes are for the state and not for us.

      The car we got was part of a SPECIAL THEY HAD WHERE WE PAY THE TAXES ON THE CAR! THATS WHERE THE DOWN PAYMENT COMES IN! THAT WHAT YOU TOOK FOR THE TAXES! THE CAR WE TRADED IN WAS PART OF THAT WE SHOULD RECEIVE THE ****** BACK AS WELL! YOU DID NOT GIVE US ALL OF OUR MONEY BACK WHEN YOU SHOULD HAVE. YOU TOOK OUT INTEREST AND EVERYTHING WHEN YOU FIRST GAVE US MONEY BACK BUT THE CAR WE TRADED IN WAS NOT IN THAT! SO WHERE IS THAT MONEY? YOU DID NOT LOSE 200 SOME DOLLARS WHEN YOU PART IT OUT. IT WASNT FULLY SCRAPED.

      They did bank loan fraud to get there money faster I did not put **** down , and they sold me a lemon. They gave me my money back because I threaten them with a lawyer but it's still on my credit report , Bank fraud is a federal act and I believe the bbb should look into BNM auto sales paperwork. They claim to be buy here pay here but they lie to get there money faster

      We cannot tell what he wants us to change on the report. We are not even sure we could do so but we would need more information to determine the appropriate actions, if any. We strive to have happy customers!
