Comfort Aire was paid to fix my furnace blower. I have a home warranty so the deductible is $100. I paid them this $100. I had to wait over 4 weeks for this blower. That wasnt the real issue. The real issue is the owner *** would not respond to any phone calls or text as to when he would be by to install the motor thar has been sitting at their office for a week. I went without heat and AC from Easter weekend- end of May. He finally shows up to install it. When he leaves I have to call him back because the lines are now freezing. He called me right away and said he figured that would happen. Called me again two days later asking if I was home so that he could recharge my Freon. I told him I was and he said ok Ill call you back. I never heard back from him so after calling and texting him numerous times he finally told me I needed to make another claim. I did that and on may 16th they were ordered to come back out to finish the job they started. To this day I still have not heard a word from them. I had to pay out of pocket for the work. They called the warranty company and said the work was completed. That was a lie because this company has not even returned my call. I had to pay $200 for another company to come out and charge my AC and do whatever else to get it back up and running. I think ****** owes me this money back.Business response

This consumer was told that we would fix the blower on her furnace by the warranty company Choice: she waited an waited patiently along with us because the blower fornthe *************** was on back order.. we were in contact with her along the way- at that time she was very understanding.. I had to find and order a blower from **** because ******* was on another 2week wait after we recieved the wrong blower.. got the blower and went by the next day , that evening because she had been waiting. Get theyr fix the problem.. the problem was no heat at her house according to choice home warranty... replace the blower and at this time it is time for a cool off.. its time to turn the air on . She calls and sez hey the air is freezing.. we say ok.. we are booked but call choice to make another claim.. & she did, so therfore she had to.pay another visit fee for the other company.. we replaced the blower for the heat & couldn get assignment for air because we were booked.. the not initially for the air..
Hope everthing isnworking for you & yes dealing with the home warranties are anheadache and hasncaused usbto get a few negative reviews in'which we normally dont recieve.. our apologies

I am rejecting this response because: Being busy is one thing. But deliberately not working an order that was assigned to you, nor returning customer calls and text messages is unacceptable for any business. Not only did I call you, but several times called your office. All they did was cover for you and say they didnt know who owned the company. I have never left a bad review for anyone even if it was not a great experience. But the way your company treated me when all I needed was an answer was uncalled for. Because you left me hanging i was forced to pay out of pocket to recharge the freon WHICH YOU CALLED ME YOURSELF AND TOLD ME YOU WERE GONNA DO.
