      I have been receiving "statements" from Internal Medicine Associates over the past year or so and none of the options provided on the "****" can actually be completed. The website provided is not for **** pay and seems to be non functioning (at least to pay/settle bills). The phone numbers provided both give you 2 options. The first is to pay using the phones automated system but NEVER connects you with the system and only plays hold music. And the second option is to speak with a live person. The call center agent is unable to answer any basic questions about Internal Medicine Associates contact information (cannot provide the toll free number or an operable website address) without your account number, your home address and full name. I have been unable to validate this as a reputable company and an actual expense before paying. The "****" states: "For toll free billing inquiries, please call ************. For online payments visit, www.ima-med.com." There is also a secondary number on the "****" ************. I have attached a copy of the statement and a screenshot of the website payees are asked to use.

      I am sending this email for a notice we received on 1/14/2022 for *** ************

      This issue has been corrected. I don't know why she was having problems being 

      able to make her payment.

      When you call after hours the answering service can't take payments, all they do is take messages. I did call the collection agency and take her out of collections.  I notified her of that. And on March 24th she called our billing service and paid off her bills. I hope this takes care of this matter.

      This office is closing in June, everyone has moved to work at Hospitals.
