American Home Shield arranged appointment for Always Affordable Air to come to my home to check my central air conditioning on June 23, 2022 without my consent. ***************************, the technician came to my home that day and accessed my AC. He told me that the motor in my AC needed to be replaced and that it would likely be Monday, June 27 when he would return to replace it. Since that day, I have only heard from Always Affordable Air one time. They told me that the job was pending approval from the warranty company. The young lady who I spoke to also told me that if American Home Shield says that they never received a work order that they are lying. I have called American Home Shield multiply times in the past 2 months only to be transferred to an agent who could not reach Affordable Air. I have called Always Affordable Air multiple times only to reach a voicemail and have my phone calls never returned. During the week of August 29, 2022 I received a survey from AHS stating that the job was completed which it has not been completed. I spoke with two agents from AHS who told me they were placing an urgent recall to Always Affordable Air which would prompt them to call me despite my objections to it. I insisted on speaking to a manager because of the lack of response from Always Affordable Air. This was Monday, August 29. Today is Wednesday, September ******************************************************** Always Affordable Air.
