I hire grind autoworks to work on my 2008 *********** Had Kody put a carrier bearing , break pads, a thermostat housing with gasket and filler neck gaskets installed .. The following week I had a leak on the thermostat housing , reached out to kody he said he get me in when he could .. a month later I reach out cause I yet to hear from **** (owner) he continues to make appointments for other but not mine yet even though I'm paid in full and now the leak is costing me more money due to adding coolant .. kody very rude .. .makes an appointment looks at issue te me he'll get me in to fix issue very soon,.. mo the go by I reach out his very standoffish and rude .. so now I have a leak at the other fix he did so I reached out and he cusses me and won't fix issue or refund my money so I can go else where ... please help ..Business response

As seen in the attachments we had tried to resolve this matter with **** in May. **** was also notified that it was a faulty part that he brought himself for us to install. Also as stated in the messages we do not allow this with customers because of the warranty issue. If we do not supply the part there is no warranty, but we did this because he was a friend not a random customer. As you will notice these conversations were between **** ******* personal social media not the Grind AutoWorks social media. There is also a piece of the conversation missing where **** reached out to **** first on May 1st advising him, he didn't forget about him he was just very booked. You will see the last message sent in May stating **** would do another install free of charge or we would give him his money back. **** did not respond to that message he then blocked Kody from that form of communication. **** and I did come to an agreement after offering the money in May and since have been left negative comments on social media and ****** review, we would no longer offer services to ****. August 23rd, **** received a text message from **** about something different being wrong with the vehicle. We did decline services for this and did advise **** he would need this service done elsewhere we would no longer do business with him. I would be happy to send the full conversations if needed. Attached is just the few of the conversation and where he was notified and acknowledged he saw it was a faulty part he purchased and brought with him to be installed, we offered another free installation but could not get **** scheduled in his specific time frame and we also offered a refund to keep the friendship.
