I bought my 2014 **** focus from sunnyside motors on 2/16/24. On 3/8/24 I had to replace my cv axel and alternator. I was told there was a full inspection done which was a lie because my cv axel was blew when I took it a week later to get an inspection done. After fixing the cv axel and alternator (after sunnyside motors refused to do anything) my 02 sensor and transmission module control went out. As of 3/30/24 my transmission has now started slipping. I havent even put 500 miles on the car since owning it given its been in the shop for half of the time that Ive had it.Initial Complaint

03/14/2023 Purchased 2006 *** from Sunnyside Motors for $6250. 11/24/2023 (8 months later) the engine blew. In between there were several items with the vehicle that were not disclosed before purchase. The vehicle was purchases 'as is', but it seems Sunnyside Motors is totally lacking in vehicle inspection OR disclosure honesty and transparency. After purchase, and besides the engine replacement this is now requiring, some of the issues (not disclosed) include:05/04/2023 Oil Pan leak, had to be replaced ($1800)06/08/2023 Leaking Struts replaced, New Rotors ($1600)08/10/2023 Rear Shock snapped and both had to be replaced ($500)12/07/2023 Called Sunnyside Motors to let them know of blown engine issue, gentleman I spoke with just said 'Sometimes that happens with older cars'12/19/2023 Engine replacement. Per repair shop, looks like Main Bearing gave out and caused engine to seize blowing a hole in the engine. Vehicle was towed to location 11/24/2023 for repair. ($6000)12/19/2023 Upon inspection, repair shop has also found an issue with the battery connectors that control the 'check engine lights.' It looks like these are mismatched and would need to be replaced in order for 'check engine lights' to work properly.Customer response

The vehicle was purchases 'as is', but it seems Sunnyside Motors is totally lacking in vehicle inspection OR disclosure honesty and transparency.
We purchased extended 6 month coverage through a 3rd party at the time the vehicle was purchased, but it did not cover faulty items found during that time period and expired prior to the engine blowing.
