This business is hosting weekly "giveaways" on their Fb page. I won on Feb 9th, I checked in on March 8th because they weee still posting giveaways but I hadn't received my win yet. I was told it was shipped and I should have received it. They told me to verify my address - which I did- and they'd resend. This was March 9th, 2022. I messaged to check the status today March 21, and they blocked me from the page. They are terrible at responding to messages as well. The fact they blocked me is incredibly rude.

Business Response Here is a copy of communication between the lady and social life marketing. When she never received it they sent a GD Ritzys card. She has supposively been banned and blocked by multiple businesses and isn't even a customer. It appears that she just plays the games and isn't even local. Get Outlook for iOS ________________________________________ From: ******** <**********@yahoo.com> Sent: Tuesday, April 26, 2022 1:00:06 PM To: **** ********* <*************@rocketmail.com> Subject: Social Life Documentation Shows the contest winner was posted on Tuesday, Feb 8th at Noon with instructions to respond within 24 hours. She responded after the 24 hours at Feb 9th at 2:18pm so she wasn't supposed to get anything. However here's our communication and the confirmed receipt from Applebee's who sent her the prize directly. - ***** ******* *********************** ********* ************************ ******************** Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I updated my review on Google. I didn't know that the Applebees gift card was from them. It came from Applebees directly with no information of who it came from. If you guys would have just messaged and said - hey- fyi - the gift card is coming and it's from Applebees then all this wouldn't have been an issue. So my apologies for assuming, but you do lack on the communication. Also, there is nothing that states in your post you can't participate if you aren't local. So if you don't want people participating that aren't local, then you need to put that on your post. Don't be upset if out of towners are participating when you're putting up a public post that anyone can comment on when you have no location limits. So if you only want locals entering out that on there. And what I do with my own social media account is no one's business. I can enter as much or as little as I want. Had you put Evansville only I wouldn't have entered. Anyways thanks for sending the Applebees gift certificate. I apologize for the miscommunication. Like I said had I known it was you guys who sent, I would have said thanks and been on my way. So thank you, and best of luck on your future endeavors.
