      I was waiting to make this review to see if after a week maybe I would get a response and not have to do this but I do . Jessica is not fit to run BJM maybe at one point she was but she is not anymore. I understand every person has stuff going on but so do her clients . I bought a plushie from her on June 24th today is July 18th I don’t mind waiting for the plushie but what is bothersome is not getting a response . Shipping said 7-15 days so I waited to fill 15+ I waited 17 days before reaching out and was told he would ship Saturday. I have received no tracking , no updated information and as well as no response or plush . This plushie was suppose to with me for a very important MRI that I will now have to be going to alone . I am grateful I didn’t spend over $100 at her shop considering a lot of her items are over $100 . It’s very upsetting as I’ve followed Jessica on social media for over 3 years and have saved up money to get this plush even though I was out of work due to health issues . This was more than a plushie and she took my money and my plushie with no response or even a refund . I haven’t heard from her in a week and my MRI is in just a few days so I won’t be getting him in time regardless . I’m glad this plush wasn’t going to a child with cancer . Thank you Jessica for reminding me how unkind and selfish humanity is . Thank you . You’ve truly outdone yourself

      I placed an order for two plushies totally almost $100 on 3/17/23 on 4/15/23 I received an email saying that my items have shipped. As of today 5/01/23 I still don’t have my items & when I click on the tracking # all it says is that a label was created and there has been no update since. I reached out to Jessica via her Instagram on April 12th, April 17th & April 18th all which went ignored. I reached out again on April 19th asking her if she could please check my previous messages about my order in which she replied back “sure can” and then there was never a follow up. On April 23rd I messaged Jessica again in which she replied back to me two days later asking me for the name on the order. I gave her my name and then once again no reply. At this point she is stealing $ from hard working families and not providing the product that was purchased and promised. There are so many other small businesses out there that actually care about their customers but Button Jar Monsters is NOT one of them. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

      Purchased a plush from buttonjarmonsters. It's eta was 1-3 weeks. After 3 weeks had passed I emailed the seller to check on my order. I did not receive a reply. I continued to send emails and waited an additional two weeks. Still no response and no plush. I had to file with my bank to get a refund. Very disappointed in buttonjarmonsters.

      I ordered an item on 7 December 2022 that was expected to ship in 1-3 weeks. On 19 January 2023, a bulk shipping label was created but the item was never dropped off. On 5 February 2023 I reached out to BJM and did not receive a response. I reached out again on 7 February, 9 February, and then sent a message via their Facebook. Finally on 10 February I was told my order would go out that day. No order was sent. On 15 February I reached out again. I was told that my order would ship 16 February. No refund or tracking number has been provided and I have received no response from the business. This business is a scam and clearly in violation of the fair business trade act and should be reported to the FTC every time they run a scam like this. Though they do technically have products, they frequently get severely behind on orders and refuse to issue a refund months after the expected shipping date. Buyer beware. There are too many other small business out there to support, unless BJM is reported and not bought from they will continue their predatory practices.

      I purchased a plush through a Button Jar Monsters drop and it arrived damaged. I sent it in for repair and was assured the product would have a very fast turn around time by the owner Jessica herself. My emails stopped being responded to months later so I was forced to make a Facebook post in their VIP group asking for help. I was messaged privately by Jessica, the owner, on Facebook being assured things were just a little behind and I was to be sent tracking in a couple days as she was busy at the moment. Fast forward a week and nothing, I POLITELY request any kind of update and immediately have a refund sent to my bank account for the cost of the plush. I message back that all I've been asking for is an ETA on its arrival and I do not want a refund. She says the plush has been sent and the refund is due to most complaints being solved by refunds. Fast forward 4 months and the plush still isn't here and Jessica refuses to message me any longer or provide any tracking number or details. I am told to go through her customer support which I have been waiting for a response with an open ticket for over 7 months now. I do not recommend buying from this business and I think Jessica is not fit to run it.
