We filed our claim two days after Hurricane *** (September 28th). November 1st 2022. The reason two days after because we had no cell phone service. We have tried numerous times, calling, texting, emailing and even escalated our claim to the manager. We NEVER can get ahold of our desk adjuster, then when we might get to talk to her she says she will call us back. She has not resolved our claim, our roof is still with tarps on it, we have not received any checks so we can fix our home. Rainy season is upon us and I am very afraid that our roof is going to leak. I call at least 3-5 times a day and get no where. My house is in shambles because they do not send out our check so we can fix our home. SINCE NOVEMBER 2022 we are still waiting!!!! No one calls us back, they don't send our money to fix our home!! What are we waiting for?? We own our home out right, so there is no Mortgage on the home, this is terrible. How can a business be ran like this? Why are you not helping us??? My home is only going to get worse, then what?? I will have black mold in my home, then what do I do if my family gets sick??? /Initial Complaint

Our ******* home was damaged by Hurricane *** on September 28, 2022. We submitted the claim the same day to the insurance company. **** sent out they're adjuster on September 9, 2022. We received a reservation of rights letter on October 13, 2022 with our name as insured but also listed an insured location that was incorrect and addressed to a different name. Poor communication with our adjuster that cannot answer questions. Our insurance company lists consumer rights as:Information from your insurance company regarding the claim being covered in full, partially covered, denied, or investigated, within 30 days after your insurance company receives your completed proof of loss form. As of November 30, *********************************************** resolution supplied to us.
