Terrible customer service. Sent box to the wrong address. Initially offered nothing but an address change to make sure the box came to me this time. I had to ask for a replacement box multiple times. Was given the run around for the better part of a month to be told if I chose a replacement box it could be shipped regular shipping. Not expedited like I requested. Dealt with multiple people only one was decent to me.shoit out to *******Review from Jamie R

I thought this was great until I didnt receive my third box they refunded me five dollars I asked for a full refund because I still havent received it and I still have yet to receive that or the box, the tracking number they keep sending me says that the package is delivered in ******* I live in ***********. They supposedly sent another package out, but I still have yet to receive refund or package or even a valid tracking number!!! I have left two voice mails and only contacted from them by email and it says the same thing which is auto responseReview from Beth B

My 2nd subscription box has been sitting in transit for over a week. I sent 2 emails and left a phone massage. No one has responded to either. I also ordered jewelry that did arrive but it was not as described and plastic junk. I also emailed a complaint to them and no response. I would like at least to have a refund for the box that is sitting in transit. Or some resolution to this problem. *************************** Order # #MS1430571Review from Dione S

I ordered two silver anklets and two gold ankles for a special day I received one silver anklet one gold anklet and of course the bracelet that they asked me to buy at the end of my purchase for my 4 anklets still waiting for somebody who cares to reach out to me needless to say I'll never order from that website againReview from Rosie C

I canceled subscription after my first box d/t it looking NOTHING like advertised. Four months later, they charged my account again. I emailed them because they don't answer their phone number provided for customer service. After 3 weeks of not getting a reply, I opened the box. Same piece of trash that the first one was. Then I got an email saying I could return the box. What a piece of work this company is!Review from Donna H

Watch out because they will charge you monthly for their boxes that they send. Boxes full of trashy little trinkets, and smelling essence oils. I am not sure why they are sending me packages every month but I have yet to hear from their customer service about stopping sending me packages.Review from Jessica H

This is a horrible business and they send broken items and repeated items and damaged necklace. Ridiculous amount of prices and still refuses to refund my items. Once I return them I continuously had to ask over and over and over for a return label and also when I received two of my windchimes, they were terribly tangled, and also a Dreamcatcher feathers were terribly tangled as well. These items are not what I expected, and I gave them another chance on getting another box from them and then on top of it, I received the exact same items on the second box displaced possibly needs to be shut down
