Ordered a:PRE-ORDER Funko POP! TMNT Full Set of 12(6 Common+ 6 Guaranteed Chase) - PX Exclusive Order # ***** on 10/28/21 for $379.99 Never received.Looking for a refund as they have not responded to my numerous emails. I understand product has been delayed multiple times but its too large of an amount to ignore.Initial Complaint

Transaction date July 8, 2021 in the amount of $252 Items were "Pre-ordered" & paid through PayPal. I followed up with company several times through email for updates & was told the items were delayed. The delay was being pushed further & further & now the company is no longer returning my emails. I contacted PayPal to open a claim but the transaction occurred over 180 days ago so they will not provide any help. Again this was for a PRE-ORDER which has become normal most recently with collectible retailers. I did not realize that the PayPal transaction was completed even though I didn't receive the item. My order (#*****) is still pending. I tried several methods to get in touch with the company & found several of their social media sites had been blocked or locked from any type of communication. I payed for a pre-order with lack of updates from seller unless I reached out. I decided to cancel and gave me store credit that is just sitting there. Ive reached out numerous times Ive email, direct messaging, and even the phone number that I was able to find. No response whatsoever.I placed this preorder during the fall of 2021, cancelled and got store credit that I can use around February. I am inquiring for in stock items that says in stock on their website, but do not want to use the credit if there is a big inaccuracy. I just want the store credit back into my original payment. The lack of communication is just very unprofessional and issuing store credit is basically stealing money because there is nothing in stock on the website or is very inaccurate.Initial Complaint

Placed a pre-order back in August got half of my order in November and now we are in May with no type of contact from this company. I reached out once about a refund and was told they only issue store credit so I decided to wait but now it just seems like I my money got stolen.Initial Complaint

I placed my order on 6/18/21, Order #*****. My product arrived on 4/8/22. One of the items I ordered arrived damaged and I waited months to receive it. I messaged the company twice, once with photo evidence. The company has decided to ignore my emails and not resolve the problem. I don't believe I should have to pay any additional shipping fees, and that a new item should be sent or a refund should be issued.Initial Complaint

I had pre-ordered what I thought was 12 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Funko pop. The advertisement I clicked on said 12 pops, 6 common and 6 Chases pops for $78.00. I placed two separate on October 28th, 2021. I checked my order it no longer said 12 pops but 6 commons. This was sometime in the beginning of January. Upon discovering the change to my order I checked all my emails to ensure the seller had not attempted to contact me and let me know of the changes, there were none. I reached out via email and inquired about the changes. I stated that if that original 12 was not what I would be receiving I wanted a full refund. That was on February 3rd and received no response. I reached out again on February 7th. I did receive a response, however I was simply told that I was not correct and shown someone else's order with home shipping address.(I will attach all correspondence)I also spoke with my brother and he also had a problem, I will be attaching those correspondences as well. As it stands, I was given a partial refund with explanation. And he kept $50 for absolutely nothing in return. Whomever the operator of that business is should be ashamed of themselves,
