I called and got approval and assured that the items I was bidding on would be shipped as part of there services to deliver to shipping company and I would pay for shipping. I won the bid on the items but was willing to pay ****** or more for items I was interested in. I was directed to the auction manager *******************. I tried to contact and left messages toget items I wanted shipped. I was told and delayed by his messages and kept changing dates about getting my items shipped. I even offered to pay extra to get items prepared for shipping. I was told that Saturday he would be getting to my items. I didnt hear back Saturday again as promised so I tried messaging again. I was told he had Two friends murdered and basically was again not very professional by not letting me know of his situation or have another party take over. I was told that he did not have to put up with my attitude and was canceling my order and was crediting me back my money. I was ****************** how I have been treated with this company. I want the items I paid and delivered to shipping company as promised. He delayed me ten days and then canceled my purchase. I called main office and wanted a call back about this issue, and basically got no response. This business is totally out of line and I want the items I purchased.Business response

It was actually the auctioneers ****** *** ***** **** **** ******** which resulted in the auctioneer not being available to handle these items as he was out dealing with family issues. After the buyer reached out to the main office we initiated the shipping process on our end and we have been in communication with the buyer.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Thank you. I was able to communicate with the Person that was going to assist me with my items and was told he would get to it when he could. I was told he wasnt going to deal with me and he was going to cancel my order and refund my money. I would not have filed a complaint if I was assured my items were still being shipped. I received a call after my complaint was filed and was then told they would help me get the items I wanted shipped. I was in need for the items I purchased, and have been delayed and still waiting until they are able to get to shipper sometime this week. I was relieved my order wasnt canceled as I was told , and assured they would help me get the items I Purchased. Thanks very much for your assistance in this resolution.
