The company charged me twice. I discovered this while they were attempting to charge me a third time (all for the same product/rental. It was discussed and I was told they would issue me a refund check. I have called numerous times and they tell me the check is in the mail. I called early this week and they said they mailed it last week. I live five miles down the road. I still have not received my check. I feel that this was a lie. So i was doubled, almost triple charged, and I keep getting lied tooBusiness response

I have mailed the refund. It was mailed out when we got back from vacation on 10/17/2022 ck#****. I had not gotten the check before we left on 10/6/2022.
I told the customer that it was mailed out, Customer has not called to tell me he has not received it. This is the first since we talked after getting back from vacation.
I offered to credit his card, which I was told he had to cancel that card. He told me to just mail the check.
I totally understand that he is frustrated, but it was put in the mail. If he would like, he can call me, and I will cancel the check and he can come by and pick it up.
communication would have been nice.
