I had my **** Deere serviced by Castongia Tractor in ***************. All they had to do was replace a fan. 2 months later I get my lawn tractor back missing all the matching fastner pins that it left with, being replace with odds and end fastner pins all different sizes. The expensive hitch pin used for the trailer replaced with one that does not fit and missing the safety clip. The pull k*** in the back for neutral when pushing is completely gone the fan originally replaced busted right back off once I set the mower deck down to mow, fan pieces flying out everywhere. Last year when they replaced the same fan they tried to charge me for 1 missing pin and clip. The service is horrid, nothing but lies about the status of your tractor and what is being done. They busted a rod that makes the tractor go forward and reverse at Castongia, *********** and tried to blame me for it and make me pay. All this on top of when they came out to pick it up the driver yanks the hood up busting the hinge on one side while it's dangling on the other. The look of shock on my face must have been obvious because the guy said 'that happens all the time on these'. Not on mine! My tractor is over 15 years old but looks new. I take pride in my belongings and bought a name I was proud to own.
