I am writing to file a complaint against ****** regarding an incident at their ********, ******* location on August 3rd.Several years ago, while living in ********, I was issued an in-store credit of $80.19. After moving to *******, I visited the ****** in ******** to purchase flowers and shrubs. The cashier struggled for 10 minutes to process the card but couldn't get it to work. She asked me to pay and take the issue to customer service.At customer service, the first associate was unsure what to do and sought assistance, taking 15 minutes. The second associate refunded and re-rang my purchase, extending the wait. During this, she answered a personal call and left. The new associate, unfamiliar with the process, delayed another 15 minutes. Finally, the last associate attempted to use the store credit but said my Indiana driver's license didn't match the Michigan-issued credit. She told me to call the Michigan store.As she said I couldn't use my store credit, she handed everything back to me and didn't charge me again. I could have walked out with my refunded purchase, but I reminded her to charge me again for the items. This further delayed the process, totaling over an hour and 15 minutes.My total purchase was $208.80, and I wanted to apply my $80.19 store credit. I was effectively told that ****** doesn't honor store credit if a customer moves states. I left my phone number and requested a call from the store manager but have not heard back.

Went in to buy blinds on 4/28 at 1:45PM. Needs the blinds to be cut down, but no working employee nearby. Went to customer service, was told to wait in the aisle for someone to just hopefully stumble across me(she never called over for anyone), or I go to flooring and ask for assistance (that's the customer service, at the "customer service desk, seems like a joke to me).I then find someone to ask for help cutting the blinds and to speak to the store manager. ******* of all employees at the store was poor and as she called for the manager, he then came over her walkie saying "unloading a truck, to busy to speak with me". Okay, if customer service is last, the I will take my money somewhere else.
