I was having an issue with my Airconditioning Unit, ****** came out and only looked at the inside unit and right away told me I have a leak in the A-coil.I called out the Company that put in my unit, and they said that there is no A-coil leak at all.I don't appreciate being lied too or taking advantage of.***********************Customer response

****** told me a lie, that I had a leak in the a-coil and that I needed a new A-coil for my Air-conditioning Unit, I was told to contact the company who orginally but in my Unit, I had no such leak and did not need this part. They charged me $208.00 for this visit.

Our technician came out and did a diagnostic and found the coil was iced up. He added refrigerant and dye and charged $208.00 for the diagnostic fee and the refrigerant. Our technician recommended contacting the company who originally installed the coil for warranty replacement and advised replacements could be covered by them under warranty. That company came out and claimed there was not a leak, but we sent our service manager out again for a second time, free of charge this time, and verified there is a leak in this coil. We did not lie about the issues and only charged the customer for the original service call and refrigerant required at that time. We have spoke to the customer and resolved this issue with them directly. I attached both invoices for this customer with this response. Thanks.Customer response
