I called to have my refrigerator repaired he told me what it would I asked could he repair my fridge he said yes so I told him to come out when he got there he had no diagnostic tools he just felt around the tubing in the bottom of the refrigerator he said it was low on coolant I asked how can you tell that he said a certain tube should be hot I asked is this going to take care of my problem he said yes. He said ** going to have to do a tap to replace the refrigerant the device that he tapped the line with was spewing coolant every where he finally got it to tighten down and he said the refrigerator should start cooling down shortly he said he had to leave and he would be back to check later or in the morning. I thought that was strange but I said okay he came back two days later with another device of the same brand and type he installed that and it lasted about an hour I would like my money back so I pay a real repair man. The first day the man came out was Tuesday the 12th he was supposed to return on the 13th but he didnt return until the 14th and still didnt solve the problem.Business response

Customer was informed prior to arriving for job that we do not warranty freon leaks. After arriving at home and preforming a diagnoses I made the customer aware that he had a bad freon leak and customer wanted the system recharged with freon anyways. Upon recharging the refrigerator I ran out of freon and had no more on the truck. I told him I would return on Monday after I purchased additional freon. Once I recharged the system I showed the customer it was cooling, wrote up the invoice and hand wrote no warranty on Freon leaks. ******** understood, agreed and signed the work order.
