I am writing to bring to your attention a matter involving Attorney **************** Beachkofsky of Beachkofsky Law LLC, located in **********, ********Attorney Beachkofsky was retained around June 25, 2023, to represent ******************* in legal matters within *****************, *******. Regrettably, Attorney Beachkofsky failed to communicate essential information regarding a warrant issued against ************ on August 7, 2023. This oversight resulted in **************** arrest in ******** on June 11th, 2024, during a routine traffic stop, where it was discovered that he had an outstanding warrant. ************, who suffers from severe health issues including kidney failure requiring dialysis and other debilitating conditions, experienced significant harm due to this negligence, including unnecessary incarceration and exacerbated health conditions.Given these circumstances, I am seeking your assistance in addressing this issue. While primarily focused on consumer complaints, I believe the Better Business Bureau may be able to help in matters involving professional services like those provided by Attorney Beachkofsky.
