      I went to get a ****** for upcoming hip replacement the girl thst waited on me was so fffff rude she ask for ******** and supplement ins.and mow she copies my cards and keeps whispering on the phone she told me she had to call ******** for approval well I ask her to quit whispering and speak up I wanted to hear what she was saying so during this hour which should had 15 min then she says something about card being canceled so I said what 70 year old would cancel ******** she wanted my granddaughter and I to shop around so now I am trying to understand what the h*** was going on even the 2 ladies sitting next to her tried to make excuses for her I told her to hand me the copies she made of my cards which I don't think she was aloud to make copies she was so fff rude with us like I had stolen the cards and then she makes a comment oh must had punch in the wrong number so now what the h*** she could of apologize there is no way I will go back there to be treated like a felon at 70 years old I wasted more than an hour trying to listen to her whisper on the phone talking to who knows maybe ******** The lady is in tge wrong place working she needs to go to ******** and work

      'THIS' company does ' NOT know ***************** .......and when ' YOU' have a 50 year Illeostomy ' YOU' better know your ' ACT' and good **************** because It is entirely based on ' GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and' GOOD PERSONALITIES, ...............and ' I' KNOW what IM talking about because IM retired from 40 years Nursing, ' EVERY ONE in ' MY family in different Areas of ************ and Professionals' ........AND in CUSTOMER SERVICE, ...VERY SUCCESSFUL...........YOU want ' MY' $, ? Learn how to ' ACT' THAT SIMPLE. Get a ' LIFE' have some ' CLASS'.Get some ' TRAINING. I will ' NEVER' do BUSINESS with ' YOU' AGAIN.

      Fails to return calls. Fails to notify that equipment is ready. Claims that equipment was provided 6 weeks ago ( nothing was provided) now claims are made they will not accept insurance (BC/BS), I will have to pay cash then ask insurance for reimbursement. I would strongly advise against doing business with Alicks.Very disappointed.

      Terrible business practices for a company that has been in business for 50+ years. Calling a patient on December 28th to refill supplies but not putting it into insurance until ******* is unacceptable. They should understand the ramifications better for this practice ie deductibles, out of pockets, change in insurance etc, especially after 50 years! I would advise people to use anywhere but Alicks!

      "B/c we care" Ha!! My Dr sent a script over for a rollator, they said my ins only covered the frame (which was not true) & that I had to pay for the brakes, seat & back bar, I even had to pay for the color BLACK! My Ins navigator called on my behalf & was HUNG up on, she called back & was transferred 2 to a voice mail BUT never received a return call. I will never step foot in their stores again & I advise anyone to go somewhere else!! They are getting wealthy off of scamming ppl!!! There is so much more to this story... Why are they not letting the ins pay & get the money the HONEST WAY!!

      I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy they are very rude and not customer friendly. They don't know what they're doing most the time and they brought tanks to my house for oxygen and I did not order them. Please do not go to this company they will treat you like dirt.

      They are very unprofessional and rude especially ******* she has a horrible attitude very condescending android ghetto. Every time I dealt with Alicks it's a horrible experience. I wish there's wasn't another place in the area to take my business!!!

      They will fill my order wrong. Then I won't catch it before 30 days and I am forced to buy what I cant use. I get a cushion for my Cpap. They gave me 1 medium, which is what I use, and 2 small. I grabbed the medium by luck and used it for 2 months. When I went to open my new mask it was a small. So was the other one. 2 cushions I am stuck with purchasing and can't use. Treat this store like a ********** drive-thru. Check your order always.

      Wife needed compression stockings, her Dr sent a prescription to Alicks in **************** for them. We drove there to pick them up. The girl (****) working there said our Insurance would not pay for them. So we paid for 2 pair and when we got home I called our Insurance and they said yes, they will pay 100% and we can get an unlimited amount also. I dont believe **** even checked with our ****************** Next day we asked Alicks if we could return one pair..unopened, unused. They said no. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Frustrating

      Sorry for all of the confusion. I have followed up on your wife's account and have asked others about what happened. Your wife's insurance follows ******************** policy and unfortunately they don't cover the type of compression you came in for. There are times your replacement plan representative will mistakenly state they do pay for them but when they are told ******** Traditional does not, and as  they follow ******** Guidelines, they in turn won't cover them either. We would be glad to call your insurance company with you so you can hear them state this. Usually the person answering is customer service and not in the actual billing area. That is why we generally remind them of the ******** policy.

      I will also call you today to ensure you get this message. This is not the first time we've had a customer tell ** their insurance company told them this information. When they listen in to a call we make with their insurance, they hear the answer I mention above. We hope to continue to be of service to you in the future and hope this explanation reassures you we really do care.

      Their billing system sucks!!! How do you bill someone for February and March (and it gets paid) but still have a late bill due in January? They have horrible customer service the ladies behind the desk, think they are better than you and treat you like a piece of dirt. I will be bringing my cpap back I would rather deal with sleep apnea then deal with these people. They never know what they are doing. Its a joke. The medical system is a complete joke!
