Manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty by paying for NEEDED repairs, they're telling a dealer to do a cheap job that the dealer DOES NOT recommend to proceed with as they've seen issues in the past. Here are all the issues (with dealer responses):1) The wiring underneath the trailer- DENIED. They state this is owner maintenance.2) Dust/wheel caps fell off- denied. They state it is not a warrantiable item.3) Styles that are delaminating/peeling in the unit. Approved at first, now changed their mind after dealer attempted to order parts. 4) Brackets that table sit on (THE SEAT/SLEEPING AREA SUPPORT BROKE DURING THE FIRST TRIP WHEN WE PICKED UP THE ***** NEW RV, CAUSING ME TO SLEEP ON THE ***** UNTIL I SECURED SOME EXTRA WOOD TO FIX IT TEMPORARILY) - approved to repair secure this. Will resecure wood pieces in this area while we are doing this.5) Smoke detector goes off everytime the stove is on (extreme sensitivity). With all the windows open, fan, and AC going at **** it starts beeping a few minutes after we tried making very simple and not smelly things like eggs and rice for breakfast (nothing was burning!). - DENIED 6) Marker Lights on back (was pre-existing, original dealer couldn't fix during trailer pickup) - No problem found - but we will keep checking on it whenever we are working on the coach 7) Replace screen do holes (was pre-existing, original dealer couldn't fix at pickup) - DENIED. They state this should have been fixed by orignal dealer (the one 7 hours away, vs. the closest, which is 4 hours one way). Dealer says they can replace the screen material, it will be 1/2/$99 + parts.8) Replace front ps stabilizer **** (it broke while the trailer was standing still, almost injuring people and pets in the proximity!) - Approved. I asked to replace all 4 ****s as it's a liability issue - Travel lite and dealer replied with "The other ****s have not broken yet, so they will not approve them or even consider them."This has been ongoing for 3 weeks!Initial Complaint

On 9/23/22, we purchased a Travel Lite 626XSL from Duke's Automotive, LLC. Our paperwork indicates a 2023 model. Not long after purchasing the camper, we talked with our local credit union to see if we could get a better interest rate. At that time, they could not find a 2023 Travel Lite 626XSL to figure how much they could loan on it. We did not pursue the loan at that time. After using our camper, we realized we would like a different bed set up. Seeing that Travel Lite had come out with what is known as a North/ South bed, we called Duke's Automotive, LLC on 12/29/23 and spoke with a salesperson about trading in our model and purchasing a newer one. The salesperson, also, acknowledged they could not find a 2023 626XSL to give us a fair value on our camper. They said they would handle it and get back to us. After one week, we called again and left a message to see if they had heard anything. We currently have not heard anything from them, After further checking, we found that the date of manufacturing is 3/31/2022 which is located on the sticker on the back of the camper and has a delivery date to Duke's of 4/25/2022. Upon research of our own on ***************** and Associates, there is a 2022 626XSL but not a 2023 626XSL. So, is this camper a 2022 or a 2023 and have we lost a year's worth of value due to being led to believe that on the purchase date, we were getting a 2023 camper? Just being totally honest, this stems from reaching out to Duke's and wanting to upgrade our camper by purchasing one and trading ours in, but now, because of no response, we feel that there is more to this discrepancy in dates than we thought and how many more people will be affected by this. We can't get a value for our camper because it seems not to exist in this style in 2023. VIN# ***************** We filed with you guys to get help against ***** but now realize maybe the problem is Travel Lite. They wont help us either. ***** said that we got what we bought.Customer response

We pulled the vin number in our system, this unit is in fact a model year 2023 626XSL. The letter "P" in the vin signifies the model year for the camper- which P 2023, N was 2022.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I want to be able to look up my camper and get a fair value for it. It is not listed on *****************, RV Trader, or KBB. None of those places acknowledge this camper as a 2023. Your website doesnt even acknowledge that you made a 2023 626XSL.
We understand you can say it is a 2023 but it is not acknowledged anywhere as a 2023, not even one of your dealers could find it and wont return our calls or answer our calls. Show me where we can look it up and see it as a 2023 and get a fair value for it.Business response
