Buyer beware. This company makes sub-par campers. We purchased a Travel Lite Extended Stay 2022, model 840SBRX. We purchased this April 2022, only used it once, then winterize it per their manual. When we opened it up for this season in April 2023 the whole interior was wet and molding. We have a video of the water leaking from the nose of the camper. We contacted both the seller (KunesRV) and Travel Lite. We were told it's not their problem, we should have checked the seals before winterizing. My husband suspects they never sealed the camper in the factory. A brand new camper ($******) should not leak like this did unless they never sealed it. Nor should the buyers be responsible when they have cared for it as directed in their pamphlet. We also had an extended warranty, which was useless and a waste of money. So we essentially have a ****** dollar peice of junk in our yard. The molds are so pungent, that we can not even use. Mold can cause lung problems and other issues if exposed to. We have tried everything to settle this with the companies but no response for months now. We have an email trail and have also called multiple times, no replies.

I have had this camper for one year now just as the warranty has expired. The ** is the biggest problem. Leaks water down and behind walls and the counters an on the floor. The manufacturer says they have a fix available but won't offer it to me. I must go to the dealer 2-1/2 hours away. Pay for an evaluation, leave the camper for up to 3 months. And then pay for a fix. Many other issues exist as well. Very poor quality and service. The dealer is ************************.

Travel lite continues blowing me off going on 9 months now and deleting my post. They told the state they called the police on me but it was found to be untrue. Notice they delete all the negative messages and make it look like their some perfect company. I bought a travel lite truck camper last November 25 2020, had a bunch of issues and for the last 8 months Ive been quiet because the *** ******************* contacted my employer which had nothing to do with the purchase to silence me knowing Id be fired otherwise. **** can beg the **************** for Paycheck Protection Program ($924,000) of our tax dollars for his employees but he has no problem trashing a customer and his job and income. Makes no sense! Now that Ive resigned from a job I loved, Im going to do everything I can with facts and proof that **** violates customer privacy and intimidating behavior to conduct business. I look forward to providing emails, documentation and proof. Its ok for **** to tell *** Rep ***************************** it ***** struggling, well **** it ***** having to quit my job and be broke because of your actions. Look in the mirror!
